VOICE PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS, ELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A sound processing method, a sound processing apparatus, an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium are provided in the present disclosure. The sound processing method includes: acquiring a video image from a video source in response to receiving a first trigger signal; superimposing a first virtual object in the video image in response to receiving a second trigger signal; acquiring attribute information of the first virtual object; acquiring a sound and a sound parameter corresponding to the first virtual object according to the attribute information; and adjusting the sound according to the sound parameter to obtain a sound corresponding to a state of the first virtual object.
Method, system, and non-transitory computer-readable record medium for cancelling delay of guest broadcasting in live broadcast
Disclosed is a live broadcast method and apparatus that may effectively remove delay of a guest broadcast output from a guest side by generating and transmitting an audio of a host and an audio of a guest as individual elementary streams (ESs) in a simultaneous live broadcast transmitted by mixing a host broadcast stream and a guest broadcast stream.
METHODS AND INTERFACES FOR HOME MEDIA CONTROL
The present disclosure generally relates to interfaces and techniques for media playback on one or more devices. In accordance with some embodiments, an electronic device includes a display, one or more processors, and memory. The electronic device receives user input and, in response to receiving the user input, displays, on the display, a multi-device interface that includes: one or more indicators associated with a plurality of available playback devices that are connected to the device and available to initiate playback of media from the device, and a media playback status of the plurality of available playback devices.
Electronic apparatus and controlling method thereof
An electronic apparatus includes a communication interface; a memory storing a control code information of a content providing apparatus; and at least one processor configured to: based on repeatedly receiving, from a remote controller, a control signal for changing a volume value of the electronic apparatus more than a threshold number of times through the communication interface, obtain state information of the content providing apparatus, identify a current volume value of the content providing apparatus or a state of the content providing apparatus, based on the state information, and based on the current volume value of the content providing apparatus being less than or equal to a threshold value or the content providing apparatus being in a mute state, control the communication interface to transmit a control signal to change the volume value of the content providing apparatus to the remote controller based on the stored control code information.
METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING CENSORED VIDEOS OF MANUFACTURING PROCEDURES PERFORMED WITHIN A FACILITY TO REMOTE VIEWERS
One variation of the method for distributing censored videos of manufacturing procedures performed within a facility includes: accessing a video feed captured by a local device interfacing with a local operator during performance of a procedure within the facility; interpreting a set of objects depicted in the video feed based on features extracted from the video feed; accessing a minimum censorship specification for the procedure, the minimum censorship specification defining a set of object types corresponding to a first degree of censorship; identifying a subset of objects, in the set of objects, depicted in the video feed related to the procedure based on the set of object types defined in the minimum censorship specification; fogging the subset of objects in the video feed to generate a censored video feed; and serving the censored video feed to a remote viewer portal accessed by a remote viewer.
Methods and systems for selective playback and attenuation of audio based on user preference
Systems and methods are presented for providing to filter unwanted sounds from a media asset. Voice profiles of a first character and a second character are generated based on a first voice signal and a second voice signal received from the media device during a presentation. The user provides a selection to avoid a certain sound or voice in association with the second character. During a presentation of the media asset, a second audio segment is analyzed to determine, based on the voice profile of the second character, whether the second voice signal includes the voice of a second character. If so, the second voice signal output characteristics are adjusted to reduce the sound.
Systems and methods for highlighting content within media assets
Systems and methods are described herein for highlighting objects with a primary content that are likely to be of interest to a user viewing the primary content. More particularly, when the system receives a segment of primary content to be displayed on a user equipment device for consumption, the system analyzes the received segment to identify an object within the received segment. The system then checks a database storing supplemental content to determine whether supplemental content associated with the identified object is available. When supplemental content associated with the identified object is available within the database, the system modifies the received segment of the primary content to highlight the identified object and displays the modified segment of the primary content on the user equipment device for consumption.
Handling exceptions reported by media device meters
Apparatus, systems, articles of manufacture, and methods are disclosed for handling exceptions reported by media device meters. An example apparatus includes a static display detector to determine whether current measurements for a media presentation device at a time corresponding to an exception reported by a media device meter indicate the media presentation device was in a static display state at the time corresponding to the exception. The example apparatus includes a muted viewing detector to determine whether the media presentation device was in a muted viewing state at the time of the exception based on an audio level associated with the media presentation device, and an exception modifier to determine whether to modify the exception based on whether the media presentation device was in the static display state and whether the media presentation device was in a muted viewing state at the time of the exception.
System and method to silence other devices in response to an incoming audible communication
A user's set top box detects the ringing of a telephone, mobile device or other type of audible notification of an incoming contact and, in response, sends a command causing a current audio level of the television programming or other media currently being played to decrease such that the audible notification can be heard by the user. A device silencing manager on the set top box may detect the audible notification occurring by the sound waves of the audible notification from the mobile device picked up by a microphone of the receiving device. Additionally or alternatively, a device silencing manager on the set top box may wirelessly receive, either directly or indirectly from the mobile device, an electronic notification of the audible notification.
Dynamic quality adjustment based on changing streaming constraints
A method and apparatus for dynamic quality adjustment of digital media based on changing streaming constraints is provided. A digital media server sends a digital media stream according to a set of streaming constraints to a requesting client. Audio and visual information may be sent to a requesting client together in a single stream, or separately in multiple streams. A client sends a request over a control network to the digital media server indicating information of a particular type is no longer desired. In response to receiving the signal, the video server ceases transmission of that particular type of information to the signaling client, thus relaxing streaming constraints. As a result of the techniques described herein, an improved quality digital presentation is available for the client and, consequently, when a viewer signals that a particular type of information is not desired, that particular type of information is not transmitted to the client, which thereby reduces the streaming constraints on a video streaming service, and improved quality digital media information may be sent to any client using the freed-up portion of the bandwidth previously allocated to the signaling client.
