Systems and methods for providing media content to supplement an exhibit from an image of an audience for the exhibit include an image capture device proximate the exhibit that captures an image of the audience that includes the faces of audience members. A facial recognition process is used to identify each audience member, and certain audience characteristics are determined from the captured image. Stored information about the identified audience members and/or the audience characteristic information are used to determine the media content to provide to a playback device for playback while the exhibit is viewed by the audience.

The processor may execute the computer-readable instructions to perform operations. The operations may include receiving a reference video including a motion picture of a human face and receiving the audio including a speech. The operations may also include generating a synthetic motion picture of the human face based on the reference video and the audio. The synthetic motion picture of the human face may include a motion of a mouth of the human face presenting the speech. The motion of the mouth may match a content of the speech. The operations may further include generating the synthetic video based on the synthetic motion picture of the human face.

Methods, and system, and entertainment device are provided for identifying a user. A method includes detecting acceleration of a user manipulated component, comparing the detected acceleration with user acceleration that is associated with a user of the electronic device, identifying the user of the electronic device based on the comparison of the detected acceleration and the user acceleration, and operating the electronic device based on the identified user of the electronic device.

Methods, and system, and entertainment device are provided for identifying a user. A method includes detecting acceleration of a user manipulated component, comparing the detected acceleration with user acceleration that is associated with a user of the electronic device, identifying the user of the electronic device based on the comparison of the detected acceleration and the user acceleration, and operating the electronic device based on the identified user of the electronic device.

Controlling content in a video media stream is presented. The controlling comprises: imaging a scene with a camera (42) of an electronic device (10); detecting, using a face detection function (22, 113), one or more faces present in the imaged scene; identifying, using an identity recognition function (23, 114), an individual having a face from among the one or more detected faces by determining that the face is a face of an individual having a social relationship on social media with a user of the electronic device (10); seeking approval, using an approval function (24, 115), from the identified individual to participate in the video media stream; and upon an approval from the identified individual to participate in the video media stream, generating the video media stream, using the camera (42) of the electronic device (10), with the face of the identified individual being visible.

Controlling content in a video media stream is presented. Systems and methods for authorizing operations associated with blocked media assets using two-factor authentication. In some aspects, a media guidance application (e.g., executed by a set-top box or other user equipment used to store and display media assets) prompts a user for a password (e.g., a personal information number) in order to unlock the content for viewing. In response to receiving a second request from the user to perform an operation related to the media asset (e.g., delete), the media guidance application prompts the user for an additional factor confirming his or her identity, consistent with two-factor authentication protocol. If the user's identity is authenticated as a user that has authority to perform the operation related to the media asset (e.g., delete the stored media asset), the media guidance application performs the operation related to the media asset (e.g., deletes the media asset).

Systems and methods for authorizing operations associated with blocked media assets using two-factor authentication.
