Systems, methods, and non-transitory, machine-readable media to facilitate streaming in a local network are disclosed. A primary media device may be configured to: operate as a server in a local network, receive audio/video (A/V) content, and provide the A/V content to a first display. A secondary media device may be communicatively connected to the primary media device and may be configured to: operate as a client with respect to the primary media device in the local network, receive the A/V content from the primary media device, and provide the A/V content to a second display. The primary media device and the secondary media device may use multiple subnets in the local network. The primary media device and/or the secondary media device may select a first subnet of the multiple subnets to use based at least in part on a type of content to communicate via the first subnet.

A method for configuring a computing device in a network of at least one remote device is disclosed. The method includes: storing, in a remote device, a configuration data archive relating to an existing computing device, wherein the remote device is at least one of a traffic camera or an aerial drone camera; determining, by a computing device to be configured, whether the remote device has stored therein a configuration data archive; and transferring data from the configuration data archive to the computing device to be configured in response to a determination that the remote device has stored therein a configuration data archive.

The method includes: acquiring the video data; performing first conversion where the luminance of the video is converted to a luminance corresponding to a dynamic range of a third EOTF, where, with regard to a second EOTF that is part of the first EOTF and is the part of a luminance range where the peak luminance indicated by the peak luminance information included in the acquired video data is maximum luminance, the dynamic range of luminance of the second EOTF is reduced with maximum luminance of the second EOTF matching displayable luminance of the display device, while maintaining the relative relationship of luminance of the second EOTF; and displaying the video on the display device using the result of the first conversion.

The present disclosure provides method and apparatus for providing video recommendation. At least one reference factor for the video recommendation may be determined, wherein the at least one reference factor indicates preferred importance of visual information and/or audio information in at least one video to be recommended. A ranking score of each candidate video in a candidate video set may be determined based at least on the at least one reference factor. At least one recommended video may be selected from the candidate video set based at least on ranking scores of candidate videos in the candidate video set. The at least one recommended video may be provided to a user through a terminal device.

A system may include a first content access device that includes a first storage component, a first communications component operable to receive first content, and a first hardware processor operable to access a second content access device, control the second content access device, provide a first content to the second content access device, and swap a presentation of the second content on the second presentation device with a presentation of the first content on the second presentation device. A first presentation device may present the first content. A second presentation device may present the second content. Second storage, communications, and hardware processor components are operable to execute the second set of computer instructions that are substantially similar to the first set of computer instructions may be used.

A system for assisting a content consumer to select content services, the system including a processor that is configured to execute a matching algorithm.
