An audio content playback method for a portable terminal. The audio content playback method includes checking a channel that is supportable by audio content that is currently engaged in group's simultaneous playback, in group's simultaneous playback of the audio content. The method includes allocating a channel to each of devices included in a group based on position information of each device included in the group or based on an input state in a user interface environment that is preset for channel allocation for each device included in the group, and transmitting the allocated channel information to each device included in the group to allow the device to select its allocated channel and play the audio content.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR GENERATING AND PROVIDING PROGRAM GUIDES AND CONTENT
Systems and methods for identifying, assembling, and transmitting content are described in the illustrative context of electronic program guides and program channels. A first system causes an interactive interstitial to be presented on a remote first device of a user in conjunction with a scheduled program. The first system determines if a second device of the user is available to receive an interstitial interaction request. At least partly in response to determining that the second device is available to receive an interstitial interaction request, the interstitial interaction request is presented via a client hosted on the second device. At least partly in response to determining that the user has provided an interaction via the second device, the interaction is stored in memory. Optionally, an interstitial is composed based at least in part on the user interaction. The composed interstitial is optionally displayed via the first device of the user in conjunction with a scheduled program.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANAGING COMMUNICATION INQUIRIES
A system that incorporates teachings of the present disclosure may include, for example, a processing system that analyses, without user intervention, content of a first message directed from equipment of a sending user to equipment of a receiving user, to identify a task. The processing system determines that the receiving user is unable to perform the task according to biometric data of the receiving user. The biometric data is selected from one of heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and combinations thereof. According to the content of the first message and the biometric data obtained from the receiving user, the processing system determines that the task should be delegated to another user, and responsive thereto, provides a second message associated with the task to equipment of the other user. An interactive video distribution system and video player are described. A client server arrangement may be used for providing a video player and video content to a client device. The video player may display navigation images enabling navigation to specific portions of the video content by activating a corresponding navigation image. The video player may also enable the sharing of a segment of the video with other video players, enabling the video players to play the streamed segment of the video without having to play the entire video, thereby reducing network bandwidth usage. The video player may be embeddable. The server may associate searchable tags with respective video segments.

In the embodiments of the present application, a balanced time interval may be set as the predetermined time interval to regularly perform a bullet comment processing operation, so that smoothness of displaying bullet comments and proper use of computing resources are ensured.

Systems and methods for enhancing virality for a content item are disclosed herein. A content item is uploaded to a content sharing platform over a communication network. Feedback on the content item is received from the content sharing platform over the communication network. Based on the feedback, a virality score for the content item is determined and a determination is made as to whether the virality score meets a virality criterion. In response to a determination that the virality score does not meet the virality criterion, a virality enhancement technique is selected from a virality enhancement database, the content item is modified by applying the virality enhancement technique to the content item, and the modified content item is uploaded to the content sharing platform over the communication network.

Systems and methods for enhancing virality for a content item are disclosed herein. A content item is uploaded to a content sharing platform over a communication network. Feedback on the content item is received from the content sharing platform over the communication network. Based on the feedback, a virality score for the content item is determined and a determination is made as to whether the virality score meets a virality criterion. In response to a determination that the virality score does not meet the virality criterion, a virality enhancement technique is selected from a virality enhancement database, the content item is modified by applying the virality enhancement technique to the content item, and the modified content item is uploaded to the content sharing platform over the communication network.

One specific embodiment of the method comprises: receiving viewing permission setting information, wherein the viewing permission setting information is used for representing viewing permission of viewing a live broadcast stream of a multimedia conference; on the basis of the live broadcast starting state of the multimedia conference and the viewing permission setting information, determining whether to push the live broadcast stream of the multimedia conference to a requester who requests the live broadcast stream; and in response to determining to push the live broadcast stream of the multimedia conference to the requester, pushing the live broadcast stream of the multimedia conference to the requester. According to the embodiment, the flexibility of pushing a live broadcast stream of a multimedia conference is improved.
