Cooking appliance with a fan motor having a drive shaft and drive hub
A cooking appliance includes a base including an upper surface having a cooktop, and a lid separable from the base, and including a heater assembly disposed therein. The cooking appliance further includes a control unit configured to operate at least one of the cooktop in the base or the heater assembly in the lid.
COOKING APPLIANCE
A cooking appliance includes a housing having a cooking compartment, which is surrounded by a bottom surface, a pair of side surfaces, and a back surface of the housing, and has an upper surface and a front surface which are open. A door includes a door upper surface part which covers the upper surface of the housing and a door front surface part which is connected to a front side of the door upper surface part and covers the front surface of the housing and opens and closes the upper surface and the front surface of the housing by rotating about a rear side of the door upper surface part. A heating part is installed in at least one of the housing or the door.
COOKING DEVICE AND COOKING METHOD
A cooking device is for cooking food on a support (e.g. in a basket) within a cooking chamber. Cooking parameters are sensed over time so that a required cooking time can be determined. An intervention made by a user to the food is sensed during cooking, such as shaking the basket. The required cooking time is then re-determined. In this way, the cooking time remains accurate both for an intervention or no intervention. This may for example enable the user to be given more accurate information about when the cooking process will be complete.
AIR-FRIED TYPE FOOD PROCESSOR
The present invention discloses an air-fried type food processor, including: a body, which is provided with a frying barrel cavity; a frying barrel capable of being taken out of or placed in the frying barrel cavity; and an upper heating system arranged in the body and located above the frying barrel cavity, the upper heating system includes an upper heating tube and an upper heating tube support for fixing the upper heating tube, the upper heating tube has a disc-shaped spiral structure, the upper heating tube support is fixed to N pipelines on outermost rings of the upper heating tube. Deformation of a tube body of the upper heating tube is reduced, and the frying barrel is prevented from coming into contact with the upper heating tube in the process of being taken out of the frying barrel cavity or pushed into the frying barrel cavity.
HEATING CONTROL METHOD, APPARATUS AND DEVICE
Embodiments of the application disclose a heating control method, device and apparatus. The device is internally provided with a first heating tube and a second heating tube, and a cooking cavity between the first heating tube and the second heating tube is configured to place to-be-heated food. When time reaches a switching time point, a magnitude relationship between heating temperatures of the first heating tube and the second heating tube is switched, so that the effect of turning the food can be achieved to enable the food to be heated uniformly, and prevent a situation in which the food is undercooked or burnt.
Cooking appliance
A cooking appliance is disclosed that includes a cooking cavity, a first heating element disposed adjacent a top of the cooking cavity, a second heating element disposed adjacent a bottom of the cooking cavity, a temperature sensor adapted to sense the temperature of air within the cooking cavity, a blower arranged to agitate the air within the cooking cavity, a cookware device removably disposed above and in thermal communication with the second heating element, and a controller adapted to manually receiving cooking parameters from a user and sensed temperature information and to independently and selectively control the heating elements and the blower according thereto.
COOKING APPARATUS
A cooking apparatus includes a base, a cover with a hot air system, an inner pot, an upper temperature sensor located in the lid, and a lower temperature sensor located in the base. A processor is configured to operate in one of multiple cooking modes, and for each of the cooking modes the processor is configured to measure an upper and a lower temperature using the upper and the lower temperature sensor, respectively; compare the upper and the lower temperature to an upper and a lower temperature sensor setting, respectively; when the upper temperature differs from the upper temperature sensor setting, adjust power to the hot air heating element such that the upper temperature approaches the upper temperature sensor setting; and when the lower temperature differs from the lower temperature sensor setting, adjust power to the heating plate such that the lower temperature approaches the lower temperature sensor setting.
Stepless Temperature Control Method and System for Air Fryer
A stepless temperature control method for an air fryer includes the steps of detecting and analyzing an air temperature in an air frying chamber of the air fryer in a real-time manner to obtain a temperature change in the air frying chamber, modulating a parameter of a stepless control signal according to a preset target temperature and the temperature change, and, in response to the modulated stepless control signal, adjusting a heating power of the air heater of the air fryer in a stepless manner, so as to maintain the air temperature in the air frying chamber between an upper limit and a lower limit of the preset target temperature.
Cooking apparatus with filter element
The present application relates to a cooking apparatus (1) comprising a cooking chamber (2), a basket (3) disposed within the cooking chamber (2) to receive food (4) to be cooked, a heating element (5) disposed above the food basket (3) for heating air flowing out from the food basket (3), an air circulation system (6, 12, 13) for circulating the heated air upwards within the food basket (3) and a filter element (7) disposed between the food basket (3) and the heating element (5). The filter element (7) is spaced from the heating element (5). The filter element (7) comprises an air-permeable meshed structure for retaining particles contained in the air flowing out from the food basket (3). The food basket (3) comprises an upper opening (11), and the filter element (7) extends entirely over the upper opening (11).
Electric Cooking Appliance
The electric cooking appliance comprises a cooking vat; a lid (6) comprising a lid body (7) and an inner lid (8) comprising a fixed closure portion (12) attached to the lid body (7) and a movable closure portion (13) that can be moved relative to the fixed closure portion (12) between a raised configuration in which the fixed closure portion (12) and the movable closure portion (13) close the cooking vat, and a lowered configuration in which the fixed closure portion (12) and the movable closure portion (13) define an air vent passage (14) to the outside of the cooking volume (5) and an air intake passage (15) to the inside of the cooking volume (5); a fan (24) configured to generate an airflow; and a heating device (25) configured to heat the airflow generated by the fan (24) and located near the air intake passage (25) when the lid (6) occupies the closed position.
