ELECTRIC GRILL THAT IS EASY TO CLEAN AFTER COOKING
An electric grill includes an electric heating means inside a main body case thereof to apply infrared heat to a material to be cooked and is easy to clean after cooking. The main body case includes pillar main body cases vertically extending from an upper surface of a lower main body case and having vertically-arranged electric heating means. The pillar main body cases are coupled to each other, forming an inner space. A heat-resistant container through which infrared light is transmitted has a long rectangular barrel or cylindrical shape and is formed from a material through which infrared light is transmitted, thereby providing a structure in the inner space in which heat (infrared radiation) is directly transmitted to the inside of the heat-resistant container. A grilling tool allows the material to be cooked to be mounted thereon and is capable of directly heating and cooking the material with infrared radiation.
COOKING DEVICE
A heating assembly for a cooking device is provided herein. The heating assembly may include a burn box having a body defining a pot and a receptacle. The pot and receptacle can be separated from each other by a divider. An ignitor extends into the pot. A duct is fluidly coupled with the receptacle and is configured to extend between the receptacle and a housing surrounding the burn box. The duct defines an inlet within the receptacle and an outlet on the opposing end portion of the duct.
AN ITEM OF FOOD, GRILLING APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF MAKING AN ITEM OF FOOD
Grilling apparatus (100) has a receptacle (104) for receiving a food material sheet having an upper end (108) through which the food material sheet is placed into the receptacle, a smaller lower end (110), and a wall (112) having an inner surface (114) for contacting/supporting the food material sheet. A heating element (106) behind the inner surface heats the food material sheet to a shape corresponding to the inner surface. A vent (116, 118, 132) through the inner surface allows air to enter during heating of the food material sheet. Also, an item of food has a body with a wall formed by rolling up an assembly of a first layer of food material, a second layer of food material, and filling food material therebetween. The rolled-up assembly is heated to retain shape, preferably using the grilling apparatus.
Induction Burner Ignition System
Disclosed is an induction burner ignition system that implements an induction burner located external to the fire pot. The induction burner can be controlled by a controller to start and stop according to a predetermined heating algorithm, and can further provide heat via heat sinks in contact with the induction burner. Because the induction burner is located external to the fire pot, it is easily repairable or replaceable and avoids the harmful atmosphere of the fire pot. The induction burner also provides more uniform heating than conventional hot rod technology to improve the pellet heating process.
COOKING APPARATUS
A cooking apparatus includes a heat source, a supporting device for food, a supporting frame to support the supporting device, a central edge, and two lateral edges connected to the central edge. The lateral edges have a front lower border, a front upper border and a front intermediate border that connects the front lower border with the front upper border. The supporting device for food is placed onto the front upper borders of the two lateral edges and has its lateral border in contact with the front intermediate borders of the lateral edges.
Pellet barbecue with exhaust gas recirculation
A pellet barbecue configured to recirculate exhaust gas, allowing for the reduction of oxygen in the cooking chamber. The pellet barbecue is configured with an exhaust gas recirculation system, and an angled bottom fire pot. The electric gas recirculation fan pulls gases from a gas recirculation channel, and blows it onto the angled bottom fire pot. The gas recirculation channel is equipped with a movable mixer flap to control how much of the gas pulled by the gas recirculation fan is exhaust gas or outside air. The pellet barbecue controller monitors the conditions in the cooking chamber, and controls the gas recirculation fan speed and positioning of the mixer flap to maintain a desired temperature, while optimizing the concentration of wood taste compounds from the pellets in the cooking chamber.
Vertical Grill With External Drip Tray Module
A vertical grill for cooking food items is disclosed wherein the vertical grill is comprised of a body containing at least one vertical grilling area disposed between at least two sources of radiant heat energy, and wherein the body is adapted to direct fats and breakaway solids generated during the cooking of the food into an external receptacle via the external opening. It achieves this by including evacuation slides which are contained within the body of the grill and arranged in various shaped assemblies such that food and fats falling on the evacuation slide travels down until it is collected by evacuation slide guide which delivers the food and fats to the external receptacle where they are not in any danger of catching fire.
Grill
An electric grill configured for cooking food and a method of cooking food using the electric grill includes a housing that defines an open interior and an aperture. Element frames are positioned at the sides of the open interior. Electric heating elements are positioned within the element frames and are positioned within the open interior exterior of the aperture in a direction towards the housing. The electric heating elements generate IR energy that is directed towards a middle of the open interior below the aperture. Heat energy exits the housing through the aperture by radiative heat transfer and convective heat transfer. Such convective heat transfer includes air currents circulating within the open interior past the electric heating elements and out of the aperture.
GRILL APPARATUS HAVING FOLDABLE HEAT GENERATING UNIT AND FOLDABLE GRILL UNIT
Provided is a grill apparatus having a foldable heat generating unit and a grill unit, in which a plurality of heat sources are folded on each other or unfolded from each other, to radiate heat downward from the plurality of heat sources, and cook food through the plurality of heat sources, thereby controlling the amount and the time of cooking the food according to user's necessity by folding or unfolding the plurality of heat sources on each other or from each other. The grill apparatus includes: the foldable grill unit on which a food is put and cooked, in which a plurality of grill plates can be mutually unfolded or folded; and the foldable heat generating unit disposed on a support pillar disposed vertically from the grill unit and in which a plurality of heaters can be mutually unfolded or folded while applying infrared rays to the grill unit.
