CLICKABLE LINKS WITHIN LIVE COLLABORATIVE WEB MEETINGS
20170046315 · 2017-02-16 ·

An approach for creating a clickable link within a presentation during a live collaborative web meeting is provided. The approach identifies one or more uniform resource locators within the presentation. The approach retrieves metadata for each of the one or more uniform resource locators within the presentation. The approach presents the metadata for each of the one or more uniform resource locators with a corresponding image from the presentation. The approach creates the clickable link for each of the one or more uniform resource locators with the corresponding image.

RECEPTION APPARATUS, TRANSMISSION APPARATUS, AND DATA PROCESSING METHOD

Provided are an apparatus and a method that are capable of performing reliable display control with no caption display interruption of the TTML caption data. Specifically, when a set value of the caption display end time specification attribute of the TTML caption data is the continuous display instruction value, memory storing and display processing of caption data currently displayed are continued even after reproduction end timing of an image file, and switching processing of TTML caption data files is performed. When a set value of the caption display start time specification attribute of the TTML caption data is the continuous display instruction value, whether or not there is a text string, display processing of the text string is continued, is determined, and when there is the text string, the displayed text is continuously displayed. With the processing, it is possible to achieve display control with no caption display interruption of the TTML caption data.

Script-based video rendering

Systems and methods are provided for cross-platform rendering of video content on a user-computing platform that is one type of a plurality of different user-computing platform types. A script is transmitted to the user-computing platform and is interpreted by an application program compiled to operate on any one of the plurality of user-computing platform types. The script is configured to cause the script to be interpreted by the application program operating on the user-computing platform to: decode encoded video data received by the user-computing platform into decoded video data comprising a plurality of frame images; and render the decoded video data by displaying the frame images. Rendering the video data by displaying the frame images comprises alpha-blending at least one pair of frame images together.

Determining and hiding a replaceable period of a MP (Media Presentation). A method for determining includes receiving a first MPD (Media Presentation Description) that identifies a predetermined period and at least one media segment of the MP to be presented during the predetermined period. A determination is made as to whether the first MPD includes additional data to be resolved by an application. The additional data is provided to the application when the first MPD is determined to include the additional data. Additional period information is received from the application. A second MPD is generated based on the received additional period information. The MP is output for display to a user based on the second MPD. Each of a subset of the at least one media segment for a replaceable sub-period of the MP is replaceable with an alternate media segment.

Method of transmitting at least one content representative of a service, from a server to a terminal, and associated device and computer program product

A method is provided for transmitting at least one content representative of a service, from a server to a terminal. Such a method includes a preliminary preparation phase of the service and a phase of transmitting. The preliminary preparation phase includes a step of providing the service by a creator, in the form of a textual description comprising a text portion and at least one program instruction, and a step of translating, in a compilation environment, the textual description of the service into a service program, including executable instructions. The phase of transmitting the content to the terminal, includes, on receipt of a request by the terminal, a step of executing the service program on the server, delivering the content in the form of binary data, and a step of transmitting the binary data to the terminal.
