Some demonstrative embodiments include devices, systems and/or methods to establish a connection to the Internet via a local gateway (L-GW) function for a LIPA or a SIPTO@LN. The establishment of the connection to the Internet may be performed, for example, by at least one of an E-RAB SETUP procedure, an INITIAL CONTEXT SETUP procedure, an INITIAL UE MESSAGE procedure or an UPLINK NAS TRANSPORT procedure.

Examples are disclosed for facilitating dual connectivity for user equipment (UE) in a wireless network. The examples include establishing a backhaul link between base stations serving as primary and secondary cells for separate UE connections to management or gateway entities for the wireless network. The primary base station may provide macro cell coverage for the one or more UEs while the secondary base station may provide small cell coverage. The two base stations may split at least some protocol stack processing for radio bearers associated with the separate UE connections. Control information may be exchanged through the backhaul link to facilitate the split protocol stack processing. Other examples are described and claimed.

Provided herein are systems and methods directed to the recording, uploading, processing, viewing, and submitting of video and audio content via a digital asset in an HTML framework. The systems and methods disclose solutions to the problem of incorporating user video commenting systems regardless of framework, type of user device, or browser type. A digital asset can include such video commenting systems within expandable advertisements. Furthermore, such submitted videos can be moderated automatically via an interactive moderation interface.

A system that incorporates teachings of the present disclosure may include, for example, an Internet Protocol Television system having a controller to create a template defining a format of presentation of an webpage or HTML page using an iTV or IPTV application system, receive a request for the page from a subscriber of the iTV or IPTV system. The system can access application system subscriber data for the subscriber and a presentation of the page is dynamically adapted according to the application system subscriber data. In one alternative at, the page can be dynamically adapted by changing in content or by changing a look and feel of an HTML page or webpage. In another alternative, the webpage or HTML page can be dynamically adapted by modifying graphic user interface elements based on the application system subscriber data.
