DUAL COOKING MODE BBQ GRILL
A dual cooking mode barbecue grill includes a grill body which defines an open top cooking chamber, a cooking shelf for supporting food to be cooked and located above the open top cooking chamber, and a rotatable cooking unit located inside the open top cooking chamber. The rotatable cooking unit has a first cooking mode and a second cooking mode. The first and second cooking modes are alternatively selected by rotating the rotatable cooking unit with respect to the grill body.

A meat smoker/cooker device includes a fuel chamber having a fuel chamber structure which includes a fuel chamber sidewall that defines a fuel chamber cavity, wherein the fuel chamber sidewall includes a first mounting hole, a second mounting hole and a sidewall slot communicated with the chamber cavity. Additionally, the meat smoker device also includes a fuel container having a container rim and being located within the chamber cavity proximate the slot bottom and an ignition article having an ignition article handle, an ignition article mounting structure and a heating element, wherein the ignition article handle includes a handle portion movably located within the sidewall slot and wherein the ignition article mounting structure is configured to mountingly engage with the first and second mounting hole, such that the ignition article is configurable between a first and second configuration.
GRILLING OVEN
The present invention discloses a grilling oven comprising an oven body and a grilling chamber encircled by the oven body; an electrical heating device, a grilling grid and a fat catching plate are provided in the grilling chamber; the electrical heating device is located at the top of the grilling chamber; the fat catching plate is located at the bottom of the grilling chamber; the grilling grid is located between the electrical heating device and the fat catching plate; the grilling grid and the fat catching plate both are horizontally placed. During a grilling process, the fat of grilled meat is prevented from dripping downwards onto a heat source of the grilling oven, so that no cancerogenic substance is produced thereby or condensed on the grilled meat, thus making the grilling process more environmental and healthy, and the grilled meat safe to eat.
Portable combination grill and smoker device
A portable combination grill and smoker device for portably cooking using a combination of smoking and grilling includes a grill compartment in environmental communication with a wood chip box and a smoker cabinet and having attachable gas burners and an attachable electric heating element. The grill compartment is coupled to a base with a plurality of wheels for movably positioning the device on a support surface and a hitch mount for removably coupling to a standard hitch receiver for transport. The device is configured for cooking food using one or more of smoking, charcoal grilling, gas grilling, and electric grilling simultaneously.
