An assemblable grill can be dismantled and is easy to clean, and a grill bridge may also be dismantled and is easy to clean. Additionally, the assemblable grill includes first and second stands, and multiple grates assembled such that both side portions thereof are inserted in and coupled to the first and second stands. Furthermore, grates can easily be separated from the first and second stands for cleaning.

A rotisserie grill cooker has a base, a support post, a cantilevered rail, a cage-drive assembly, and a firepit. Together these enable a user to suspend a rotating food rack over a heat source. Specifically, the base is a rigid structure to which one end of the support post is pivotably connected. The cantilevered rail extends away from the support post over the heat source. The cantilevered rail is positioned offset from the base along the support post, so the food rack can be suspended in between the cantilevered rail and the firepit that traverses through the base. The cage-drive assembly is a motorized support system, is slidably engaged along the cantilevered rail, and rotates the food rack. The support assembly has a carriage that is connected in between a drive system and the cantilevered rail. The heat source is within the firepit and heats the food rack.

Embodiments of a cooking station for cooking a food product are provided. In one embodiment, the cooking station includes a main body and an insert. The main body includes a vertically extending wall extending between a closed bottom end and a closable upper end with a lid. The main body is configured to extend longitudinally in a vertical orientation. The main body defines a lower insert opening and an upper insert opening, the main body including a slideable door moveable to close-off either the lower and upper insert openings. The insert is sized and configured to be removably positioned through either one of the lower insert opening and the upper insert opening, the first insert having heating element container structure configured to deliver heat to the food product.

A side shelf system configured to couple to a portable cooking station. The side shelf system includes a side shelf and a cutting board. The side shelf includes an upper surface that defines a rectangular opening therein. The side shelf includes at least two extensions that extend from the opening, each extension having a ledge. The cutting board is sized to be positioned in the rectangular opening, the cutting board having an upward facing surface with a through hole defined therein. The cutting board includes a depth such that, upon positioning the cutting board over the ledge, the upward facing surface of the cutting board is substantially flush with the upper surface of the side shelf.

For a stable, easy-to-handle fire basin for burning wood and similar fuels, consisting of a plurality of segments (1a) which are supported on the ground with feet (2) and towards the top have a plurality of segment surfaces (1b) to form the tub-shaped fire basin (1), the invention proposes that the segment surfaces (1b) of the fire basin (1) also have or form concave depressions or recesses.

The present disclosure is directed to a tiered rack for use with a cooking apparatus. The tiered rack comprises a base and stands that support two or more tiers of cooking surfaces. The tiers allow for substituting out various cooking surfaces and using different types of cooking surfaces at the same time.

A smoker for imparting flavor to food comprising at least one smoking chamber, a lower chamber disposed below and in open communication with the bottom of smoking chamber, more than one flat, externally rotatable fire shield disposed below the cooking rack within the lower chamber, at least one firebox removably disposed within the lower chamber below the fire shields, the firebox having an outer door covering the firebox opening when the firebox is deployed inside the lower chamber, a handle, sidewalls and at least one bottom grate defining a support for a combustible material, slider means for supporting the firebox, an air intake below the firebox within the lower chamber, and an ember plate disposed outside of the lower chamber, whereby a combustible material is ignited in the firebox while disposed outside of the lower chamber, then pushed into the lower chamber to smoke the food.

A portable grilling assembly for cooking outdoors includes a stake that can be driven into the ground. The stake is comprised of a plurality of connectable sections such that the stake has an adjustable length. A grill is provided and the grill is removably coupled to the stake. The grill is slidably positioned on the stake such that the grill is positionable at a selected point along the stake. In this way the grill can be spaced a selected distance from the ground. A basket is removably coupled to the stake and the basket is slidably positioned on the stake such that the basket is positionable at a selected point along the stake. Moreover, the basket is comprised of a fire resistant material to contain a heat source for cooking on the grill.

A grilling accessory for moving a cooking surface vertically up and down with respect to a heat source may include a rack holder subassembly designed to be positioned proximate to a heat source, a grilling rack subassembly designed to support food items and engage with the rack holder subassembly, and, optionally, a dish subassembly designed to accommodate the heat source. The rack holder subassembly may include a base frame; at least two arms extending from the base frame; and a plurality of grill rack supports extending from each of the at least two arms. The grilling rack subassembly may include a grill grate with grilling bars; and a pair of hangers extending from the grill grate, the pair of hangers designed to engage with the plurality of grill rack supports.
