The grill includes a heating-function group, having an interchangeable heating module for heating the food by way of a vertical radiating surface in the grilling configuration, and also includes a food-carrier-function group, which is connected to the heating-function group and has a food-carrier module. The heating-function group includes at least one guide device for guiding the heating module, and also includes a number of fastening elements for fastening the heating module in a releasable manner on the heating-function group. The food-carrier module includes at least one food carrier, which is intended for accommodating the food and is mounted in the grilling configuration in front of the radiating surface such that it can be rotated about a vertical axis of rotation.
Stadium barbeque grill
A stadium barbecue grill comprising an upper hood and a lower base defining an interior of the grill, a grid cooking surface with an indicia of an American football field; and an exterior indicia of an American football stadium attached to the hood.
COLLAPSIBLE SUPPORT STAND
A collapsible support stand is disclosed. The support stand includes a first support section and a second support section. The first support section includes a first side frame and a plurality of first bars extending perpendicularly from the first side frame. The second support section includes a second side frame parallel to the first side frame, a first centre frame defining a plurality of holes, and a plurality of second bars extending between the second side frame and the first centre frame, wherein axial movement of the plurality of first bars through the plurality of holes moves the first support section between an extended position and a retracted position relative to the second support section. The support stand includes a pair of first foldable legs connected to the first side frame and a pair of second foldable legs connected to the second side frame.
Rack system for a grill
A stackable rack system for a grill including a firebox, having a first base rack including a plurality of support posts, each support post including a vertical portion having a lower end and an upper end, the lower end being adjacent an upper surface of the firebox, and a support tab that is pivotably mounted to the upper end of the vertical portion, wherein each support tab is configured to be foldable between an in-use position in which the support tab is horizontal and extends radially-inwardly from the corresponding support post, and a stored position in which the support tab is disposed radially-outwardly of the corresponding support post.
Grate stacker
A grate stacker includes a bottom clamp assembly, and an upper clamp assembly, coupled by an intermediate support shaft assembly extending from the middle of the top of the bottom clamp assembly to the bottom of the upper clamp assembly. The support shaft assembly allows pivoting rotation of the upper clamp assembly relative to the bottom clamp assembly. Each clamp assembly attaches to a grate of a barbecue to support the grates in stacked relationship, while enabling pivoting motion of the upper grate relative to the lower grate. An optional anchor prevents the bottom grate from tipping.
COOKING GRILL ASSEMBLY
A cooking grill having a fire box with a cooking region and a panel at the rear or side of the cooking region of the firebox. The panel is adapted to support a shelf above the cooking region, the shelf having at least one prong extending therefrom. The panel has at least one aperture for receiving a respective prong of the shelf, and an abutment, for each aperture, positioned on the side of the panel remote from the cooking region and positioned with respect to its aperture to bear a respective prong of a shelf inserted through its aperture. Each prong of a shelf is inserted through an aperture such that a bottom part of the prong is supported by the periphery of the aperture and a top part of the prong bears upwardly against the abutment to support the shelf in a cantilevered fashion above the cooking region.
Portable cooking stations having interlocking sear grates and griddles
Portable cooking stations having interlocking sear grates and griddles are disclosed. An example portable cooking station includes a sear grate and a griddle. The griddle is configured to be removably interlocked to the sear grate in a side-by-side arrangement.
Portable three-in-one food griller, food smoker and fire pit
The apparatus is a portable three-in-one food griller, food smoker and fire pit in which the sidewalls can nest into a compact self-contained unit for easy transportation. In one variation, there are five rectangles with four walls that encompass a void that can be configured and stacked for use as a grill, a smoker or a fire pit. The bottom rectangle can contain an adjustable air inlet door and a grate for holding a fire source. The top rectangle can contain an adjustable air outlet door in the ceiling with a thermometer. The second, third and forth rectangles can contain various configurations of grates for grilling food, smoking food or use as a fire pit. After use, rectangles two through five can fit and nest into the first rectangle (the base) and be latched to the floor section forming a self-enclosed compact and transportable rectangle box with a carrying handle.
ROASTING STICK WITH PIVOTING SKEWER
This disclosure relates to a roasting implement that allows a user to flip a retained food item through a quick jerking movement. The preferred assembly of the roasting implement includes a telescopic rod portion extending from a handle culminating in a pivoting skewer assembly for generally enabling movement of skewer assembly when the implement is moved in a sudden and quick upward motion.
Adjustable height grill top
A grill top that can be removably attached to a barbecue grill fire basin has a lever that adjusts the height of the rack above the fire basin. The lever handle is located well away from the fire. A ratchet mechanism holds the rack at a selected height, and parallelogram bars maintain the rack in a horizontal orientation.
