APPARATUS FOR CONVERTING KETTLE OR KAMADO STYLE COOKING GRILLS FOR COOKING PIZZA
The invention pertains to an accessory for adapting cooking grills, especially kettle and kamado style grills for better cooking of pizzas and other foods not typically thought of as appropriate for grilling. The accessory is an insert that is adapted to sit between the bottom and the top of the grill and is generally shaped with a horizontal cross-section substantially similar to the horizontal cross section at the junction of the bottom and the top of the grill with which it is adapted to work. The insert increases the height of the cooking chamber. The insert includes a side opening or window through which food may be inserted and removed from the expanded cooking chamber without the need to open or remove the top of the grill.
APPARATUS FOR COOKING PIZZA IN KETTLE- OR KAMADO-STYLE COOKING GRILLS
An apparatus usable in a kettle- or kamado-style grill instead of a conventional cooking grate. The apparatus includes a cooking surface support configured for support in a base of the grill in lieu of the conventional grate, and a complementary cooking surface supportable on the cooking surface support. The cooking surface support defines open fuel ports providing access to the fuel chamber. The apparatus may include a secondary fuel basket positionable within an open fuel port. An alternative apparatus comprises a unitary body adapted to be supported in the bottom portion of the cooking grill. The unitary body comprises a structural support portion configured to abut a bottom portion of the grill, and a cooking support portion spanning more than 50% of the area of the unitary body.; The unitary body defines at least one open fuel port permit admission of additional fuel to the bottom of the grill.
PORTABLE GRILL
A portable grill and method of using the same. The portable grill can be stowed in a fully compact state with grill bars, leg members, and tension bars stored within an elongated container formed by frame members of the portable grill. Removable end caps can be snugly attached to end portions of the container to seal the container and help retain the frame member together, the end caps being formed of flexible heat resistant material, and usable as heat mitts. When in a fully assembled state, the grill bars of the portable grill are placed under tension by use of tension bars that are configured to be shorter than the grill bars, and which can retain the frame members at a parallel distance from one another that is less than the length of the grill bars.

A cover assembly for a cooking vessel including a seal member, a lid, and a food support assembly. The seal member has a clip portion with a lid receiving channel and an overflow channel. The lid has a top end and a sidewall defining an internal lid space. A lower end of the sidewall is receivable in the lid receiving channel of the seal member. The food support assembly is connected to the sidewall and is operable between a raised position wherein a food item may be supported within the internal lid space and a lowered position wherein the food item may be supported below the seal member in the cooking vessel.
RETRACTABLE BARBEQUE GRILL
A barbeque (BBQ) grill set may include a top surface, a pair of front doors, a pair of side tables, and a main frame. The top surface is disposed at a top portion of the main frame, while the front doors are disposed at a front end of the main frame, and a BBQ grill unit secured on a base is received in a receiving space. In one embodiment, the top surface is pivotally connected to the side tables and the base. When the top surface is lifted, the side tables on both sides of the main frame are moving upwards, as well as the base. When the top surface is totally lifted, the base and the side tables will all be disposed at the same horizontal surface, and the BBQ grill unit is protruding out from a top opening of the frame and ready for the user to use.
