The mobile terminal includes a first transmission unit that transmits spherical images taken in respective imaging locations and positional information about the imaging locations to the information processing device. The information processing device includes a reception unit that receives the spherical images transmitted by the first transmission unit; a map data obtaining unit that obtains map data from a map data storage, the map data including the imaging locations of the spherical images; a path information creation unit that creates information about a path made by connecting the imaging locations in the map data obtained by the map data obtaining unit; and a content providing unit that makes content available for a request through the network, the content including the map data, the information about the path, and the spherical images.

According to one aspect, there is provided an apparatus comprising at least one processing unit and at least one memory. The at least one memory stores program instructions that, when executed by the at least one processing unit, cause the apparatus to obtain a set of captured still images captured with a camera, detect at least one face in the captured still images, and cause display of the detected at least one face on a display providing a live viewfinder feed of a scene to be captured as an additional display element while providing the live viewfinder feed on the display.

A system for publishing digital images wherein a mobile device (14) that stores at least one digital image generates output signals in response to operator commands. The mobile device (14) communicates with a source of digital instructions (18) thorough a communication network (16) such that digital instructions are downloaded to the mobile device. The mobile device is thereafter in selective communication with a server (12) that stores digital images, maintains a user profile corresponding to the user of the mobile device, and publishes digital images to at least one digital address (24, 26, 28, 30).

An image processing system comprises a generating unit that reads documents and generates a read image including document images; an extracting unit that extracts each of the document images; a character recognizing unit that performs character recognition processing on each the document images; a determining unit that determines whether first information and second information have a pair relationship, the first information being any one of recognition results obtained on one side of the document images, and the second information being any one of recognition results obtained on the other side of the document images; and a registering unit that registers pieces of information for the recognition results corresponding to the one side and to the other side respectively including the first information and the second information which are determined that both pieces of information have the pair relationship, as information for a piece of the documents, in a storage unit.

There is provided an information processing apparatus, and a method to improve operability of the information processing apparatus when a user manages still image files in a case where a still image is extracted from a moving image file and stored as a still image file. In information processing apparatus and the method, a moving image file is selected from a plurality of moving image files and is reproduced, and a folder corresponding to the selected moving image file is created. A still image file is generated based on a video frame extracted from the moving image file being reproduced, and the generated still image file is stored into the created folder in association with the folder. When another moving image file is selected, another folder is newly created, and a still image file generated from the other moving image file being reproduced is stored into the other folder.

An electronic device and a method of controlling the same are provided. When the electronic device captures a predetermined number of images through a camera in a predetermined location, the captured images are grouped into a group and a title for the group is recommended. Accordingly, a group title is recommended depending on photographing situation when a user continuously captures images, and thus captured images can be managed more efficiently.

The present invention relates to a mobile terminal providing an image printed out through a photo printer and related information, and a method of controlling the same. The mobile terminal includes a memory, a camera, a display; and a controller configured to cause the display to display a preview image of image data received via the camera and cause the display to display an indicator indicating that an image object included in the preview image corresponds to a specific image stored in the memory when the image object corresponds to the specific image, wherein the specific image has been previously printed out via a printer device.
