A stand mixer includes a column, a column rail mounted to the column and a bowl support mounted to the column rail such that the bowl support is vertically translatable along the column. A bowl is mounted to the bowl support. A fine adjustment apparatus is configured for adjusting a height of the bowl on the bowl support. The fine adjustment apparatus includes a cam rotatably mounted on the column. A cam tab on the column rail engages the cam. The cam and cam tab are configured such that the bowl support vertically translates in relation to the column as the cam rotates.

A stand mixer includes a securing apparatus configured to retain a bowl on a stand mixer, the securing apparatus incudes a leaf spring mounted to a bowl support at a first end portion of the leaf spring. The leaf spring extends away from the column to a second end portion of the leaf spring and defines a receiving orifice at the second end portion of the leaf spring. A retractor is configured to translate a bolt away from the second end portion of the leaf spring when a bowl support is in the nonmixing position. An extender is configured to translate the bolt toward the second end portion of the leaf spring when the bowl support is in the mixing position.

An easy-bowl-removal/mounting mixer includes: a base; a support frame including a frame body and two extension/retraction units, the frame body being connected to the base and having a frame channel and being formed, in a position adjacent to each of two ends, with an extension/retraction hole, the extension/retraction units being respectively connected to the extension/retraction holes and movable between an upward moved position to project outside of the top surface of the frame body and a downward moved position to not project outside of the top surface of the frame body; and a mixing bowl including a bowl body defining a mixing space and including a bowl peg on the outside surface for insertion into and removal from the frame channel, support portions being provided on the outside surface of the bowl body and forming bowl channels, into which the extension/retraction units are insertable for mounting the mixing bowl.

A micro puree machine including a drive motor coupled to a drive shaft via at least one gear. The drive motor is arranged to rotate a drive shaft and blade assembly. A position motor is operable to change a position of the drive shaft via rotation of the position. A user interface is arranged to: i) receive a user input to select a first routine associated with processing a first food type, and ii) display a status of the processing of the first food type while the first routine is running. A controller is arranged to: i) receive the user input selecting the first routine and retrieve the configuration data associated with the first routine, ii) control operations of the drive motor based on the configuration data associated with the first routine, and iii) control operations of the position motor based on the configuration data associated with the first routine.
