PIEZOELECTRIC FILM
An object of the present invention is to provide a cut sheet-like piezoelectric film which includes electrode layers on both surfaces of a piezoelectric layer and is capable of preventing a short circuit of the electrode layers. The object is achieved by providing a cut sheet-like piezoelectric film including a piezoelectric layer which contains piezoelectric particles in a matrix containing a polymer material, and electrode layers which are provided on both surfaces of the piezoelectric layer, in which a distance between the electrode layers at an end portion in a thickness direction is 40% or greater with respect to a thickness of the piezoelectric layer.
DIAPHRAGM AND SOUND GENERATING DEVICE USING THE DIAPHRAGM
The present disclosure provides a diaphragm and a sound generating device using the diaphragm. The diaphragm comprises a diaphragm body part, and a composite layer bonded to the center of the diaphragm body part. The composite layer comprises: a porous material layer; and a first metal layer and a second metal layer respectively disposed on two sides of the porous material layer. Compared with the prior art, the composite layer of the diaphragm adopts a composite structure composed of a porous material layer and metal layers, which can reduce the mass of the diaphragm and improve the modulus density ratio of the diaphragm while ensuring the rigidity of vibration. The porous structural material can increase the damping of the diaphragm, absorb the vibration energy under the specific resonant frequency, and thus effectively improve the high-frequency split vibration, reduce the distortion and improve the high pitched sound quality.
Speaker
The present disclosure provides a speaker, comprising a vibration system including a speaker diaphragm and a magnetic circuit system cooperating with the vibration system. The speaker diaphragm comprises a thermoplastic polyester elastomer membrane and has a vibration amplitude of 0.25-1 mm, and the speaker has F.sub.0 of 150-1500 Hz. The speaker has the characteristic of good listening effect.
VIBRATION PLATE AND METHOD FOR MANUACTURING VIBRATION PLATE
A diaphragm for an electroacoustic transducer includes a paper substrate containing cellulose fibers as a main component and is configured such that a first surface region with a predetermined thickness from a first surface of the paper substrate has a greater total amount of coloring particles than a second surface region with a predetermined thickness from a second surface of the paper substrate, the second surface being opposite to the first surface.
VIBRATING DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a vibrating diaphragm assembly, which relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products. The vibrating diaphragm assembly comprises a vibrating diaphragm, wherein the vibrating diaphragm comprises a middle part and a folding ring part surrounding the periphery of the middle part; the vibrating diaphragm comprises a vibrating diaphragm substrate layer and a silica gel layer; the silica gel layer is at least partially combined with the vibrating diaphragm substrate layer; the vibrating diaphragm substrate layer is a high molecular material layer; the silica gel layer is combined on the surface of the folding ring part; and the silica gel layer and the high molecular material layer are formed through injection molding. The vibrating diaphragm assembly of the present invention can improve the compliance of a vibrating diaphragm by arranging a silica gel layer on the surface of a folding ring part and compounding the silica gel layer and a high molecular material layer, improve the chemical stability and the temperature adaptability thereof, optimize the acoustic performance, and improve the product qualification rate.
Speaker box
A speaker box includes a housing which has a receiving space and a side wall having a sound hole, and a sound generator received in the receiving space and including a diaphragm including a dome and a periphery connected to the dome. The dome includes a near-end which is near the sounding hole and a far-end which is farther the sounding hole. A compliance of the near-end is less than a compliance of the far-end.
Interior component of a vehicle
An interior component of a vehicle comprises a carrier having a front face directed toward a passenger compartment of the vehicle and an opposite rear face; a speaker including an at least partially transparent diaphragm and a transducer coupled to the diaphragm. Movement of the transducer causes vibration of the diaphragm to generate sound by vibration of the diaphragm, the diaphragm having a front face directed towards the passenger compartment and an opposite rear face. The carrier provides a support along at least part of the periphery of the diaphragm where the diaphragm is attached to the carrier where the front face and the rear face of the diaphragm are free of the carrier across a part of the diaphragm surface so that the diaphragm is suspended in the carrier of the interior component.
Vibration system of a loudspeaker
The present invention discloses a vibration system of a loudspeaker, comprising a diaphragm and a voice coil attached to one side of the diaphragm, wherein the diaphragm comprises at least two layers of polyether-ether-ketone base films, and furthermore, the diaphragm comprises at least one layer of crystallized polyether-ether-ketone base film and at least one layer of non-crystallized polyether-ether-ketone base film. The diaphragm made of both crystallized and non-crystallized polyether-ether-ketone base films can have both an effectively improved acoustic performance and a lowered resonance frequency f0, thus, the acoustic effect of the loudspeaker can be improved.
Loudspeaker diaphragm and manufacturing method thereof
A loudspeaker diaphragm, comprising a dome portion located at central position and a suspension ring portion located at edge position; the dome portion and/or the suspension ring portion comprise silk fabric and thermoplastic polyurethane combined with the silk fabric; and the silk fabric is coated with thermosetting adhesive. The method for manufacturing the loudspeaker diaphragm comprises following steps: a. coating the silk fabric with a thermosetting adhesive under a high temperature, and drying the silk fabric; b. hot pressing and combining the silk fabric and thermoplastic polyurethane to form a membrane; c. pressing the membrane to form the dome portion and/or the suspension ring portion. The dome portion, or both the dome portion and the suspension ring portion of the loudspeaker diaphragm comprise silk fabric coated with a thermosetting adhesive and thermoplastic polyurethane. Thus formed loudspeaker diaphragm has good rigidity and damping characteristic, thus improving acoustic performance of the diaphragm.
