Back electromotive force and inductance acquired via induction by the transducer during the working process are mutually offset. The transducer has resistive load features or near-resistive load features, and has super-high sensitivity, high resolution, and high-fidelity quality.

Loudspeaker

The present invention relates to a loudspeaker 1 including a cone 20 having a central aperture with a cone collar 28 upstanding from the perimeter of the central aperture 26 of the cone, a spider 30 having a central aperture 36, the spider having a collar 38 upstanding from the perimeter of the central aperture of the spider, and a voice coil former 40. The collar of each of the cone and the spider are concentrically located around an end region of the voice coil former to form an elongate neck region 12. The use of the elongate neck region allows for the cone, spider and voice coil former to be joined more easily therefore forming a more reliable and durable join.

A vibration unit includes an encircling frame defining a vibration cavity therewithin, a vibration member disposed in the vibration cavity, and a suspension including an elastic diaphragm having a periodical wave-shape extended between the vibration member and the encircling frame to support the vibration member within the vibration cavity. The wave-shape diaphragm provides a 3-dimensional connection between the vibration member and the encircling frame to self-generate a repelling force to against a lateral movement of the vibration member so as to ensure the vibration member to be reciprocatingly moved in a linear direction.

VIBRATION GENERATION APPARATUS

A vibration generation apparatus includes a concave frame, a vibrator, and a first damper. The frame has an opening in upper portion thereof. The vibrator is housed in the frame. The first damper is connected to the vibrator and the frame and is configured to hold the vibrator such that the vibrator is able to move in an up-down direction with respect to the frame. The first damper has a predetermined thickness. The first damper is in an N-shape in a side view and includes two bent portions and has an upper end mounted on an edge of the opening and a lower end mounted on a lower edge of the vibrator.

Micro speaker capable of preventing voice coil rubbing
11197101 · 2021-12-07 · ·

A micro speaker capable of preventing voice coil rubbing, including an outer casing provided with a holding space, a diaphragm installed within the holding space, a magnet provided with an axis, a voice coil encircling the exterior of the magnet and connected to a diaphragm, and an elastic connecting member connected between the voice coil and the magnet. The diaphragm is disposed on the first end, and the magnet is disposed on the second end of the holding space so as to be separated from the diaphragm. The elastic connecting member is used to maintain a clearance between the voice coil and the magnet. After a signal voltage is fed into the voice coil, the diaphragm extends along the axis causing amplitudes of vibration, and the elastic connecting member reduces amplitudes of deflection produced along the axis, thereby preventing rubbing between the voice coil and the magnet from occurring.
