Lid and blade assembly for a micro puree machine
A lid and blade assembly for a micro puree machine includes a lid having a central aperture for receiving a central hub of the blade. At least two cutting arms and at least two mixing arms extend radially outward from the central hub. A retaining component retains the blade within the lid during processing. The lid includes a recess below the retaining component for collecting slush and ice displaced by the blade during processing. Portions of the blade also include serrated grooves for clearing slush deposits when the blade engages the lid.
PRESSURE COOKER LID PUMP
A pressure cooker includes a pump coupled to a lid thereof. The pump, which may be permanently mounted or removably coupled to the lid, and which may be manual or electromechanical in nature, may be used for accelerating pressurization and/or depressurization of a cooking chamber in the pressure cooker. In addition, in some instances, one or more specialty lids may be supported by a pressure cooker for performing specialty operations in combination with a cooling system of the pressure cooker.
Pot lid assembly and cooking utensil
A pot lid assembly comprises a pot lid, an electric motor assembly and a mixing apparatus. The electric motor assembly is fixed to the pot lid. The mixing apparatus includes a stirring rod and a plurality of stirring vanes. The electric motor assembly includes an electric motor. The electric motor includes a rotary shaft operatively connected with the stirring rod so that the electric motor can cause the stirring rod to rotate. The pot lid is configured to cover the pot body to form a closed cooking space. When the pot lid is removed from the pot body, the rotary shaft is disengaged from the stirring rod, and the mixing apparatus can stand in the cooking space of the pot body, with the stirring vanes serving as a support. The mixing apparatus remains in the cooking space of the pot body after the removal of the pot lid.
Bench mixer
A bench mixer has a combined whisk and scraper attachment. In preferred embodiments, the mixer has a processor configured to access data indicative of a respective power limit to be applied to a motor for each of a plurality of user selectable speed settings and monitors motor speed to compare against a user selected speed setting. The processor increases the power applied to the motor, up to a respective power limit if the current speed is lower than the user selected speed setting.
AUTOMATIC MUDDLER SYSTEM AND COCKTAIL MACHINE COMPRISING SAME
Disclosed is an automatic muddler system for triturating ingredients in a container, the automatic muddler system including a muddler assembly including a muddler and below which is located a container holding device for holding in position, below the muddler, a container into which the muddler triturates ingredients, the muddler assembly further including a muddler driving block connected to the upper end of the muddler, the muddler driving block including a device for rotating the muddler on itself, a device for vertically moving the muddler, an electronic card configured to control the device for rotating the muddler on itself and the device for vertically moving the muddler, and a power supply. The muddler driving block further includes a muddler tilting device and a device for rotating the muddler tilting device, the muddler tilting device and the device for rotating the muddler tilting device being controlled by the electronic card.
Hands free frozen drink mixing systems
A hands free frozen drink mixer system is a frozen drink mixing system of the immersion type that enables the user to automatically and hands-free blend ingredients for a frozen drink, add flavorings while blending, and automatically shut off the blender after a programmed interval of time. The hands free frozen drink mixer system may have a mixer assembly having an elevated motor supported by a back stand that integrally connects with a base having a drip basin and removable rack. A mixer shaft having a rotary blade assembly extends vertically downward from the front bottom side of the motor, and a canister holder that is adjustable in height via a vertical track holds a mixing canister. The canister is positioned over the base which has a removable drip tray.
Food mixing arrangement
A tool that is attachable to an electrically driven stand mixer and configured, when suspended into a bowl and driven in planetary motion by the stand mixer, to perform a mixing operation that involves folding ingredients together without substantial expulsion of air from the mix. The device aims to automate the folding action by providing a food mixing arrangement in which a tool having a wing-like volute blade is suspended by its shaft from a drive outlet of the stand mixer and executes a planetary motion within a mixing bowl. The blade is twisted along its length and has curved surfaces formed to gently lift and turn ingredients to be mixed in the bowl so as to simulate a gentle folding action similar to that achieved manually by an experienced cook.
Locking assembly for a micro puree machine
Micro puree machines have a locking assembly for locking a container to a coupling on the machine, preventing the container from rotating out of the coupling during processing. The locking assembly includes at least one protrusion on the container configured to slidably engage a slot on an interior surface of the coupling when the container is rotated in a clockwise direction. The coupling has a clip that is moveable from a first position, in which the clip prevents rotation of the container in the counterclockwise direction, to a second position, in which the clip allows rotation of the container in the counterclockwise direction. The clip is spring biased toward the second position. Pressing a button on the coupling moves the clip from the first to the second position.
Chopping system
A chopping system generally includes a container having a bottom wall and a sidewall together defining a cavity. The sidewall has a rim, and the bottom wall has an upper surface with a central area having an entirely smooth contour. The system also includes a drive assembly configured for mounting on the rim to cover the cavity, and the system further includes a working assembly comprising at least one working member configured for operative attachment to the drive assembly such that, when the drive assembly is mounted on the rim, the working member is disposed within the cavity. The system further includes a base attached to the working assembly such that the working member is rotatable relative to the base. The base has a bottom surface that substantially mirrors the contour of the upper surface within the central area so as to be seated substantially flush thereagainst.
