Blender assembly
A blender assembly includes a base, a heater assembly selectively coupled to the base and having a heating element and a biasing feature that biases the heating element away from the base, and a jar assembly selectively coupled to the heater assembly and having a jar and a heat transfer element coupled to the jar. Coupling the jar assembly to the heater assembly prompts the heat transfer element to contact the heating element, such that the heating element moves toward the base against the bias of the biasing feature.
Locking assembly for a micro puree machine
Micro puree machines have a locking assembly for locking a container to a coupling on the machine, preventing the container from rotating out of the coupling during processing. The locking assembly includes at least one protrusion on the container configured to slidably engage a slot on an interior surface of the coupling when the container is rotated in a clockwise direction. The coupling has a clip that is moveable from a first position, in which the clip prevents rotation of the container in the counterclockwise direction, to a second position, in which the clip allows rotation of the container in the counterclockwise direction. The clip is spring biased toward the second position. Pressing a button on the coupling moves the clip from the first to the second position.
STAND MIXER APPLIANCE FOOD MILL ATTACHMENT
A stand mixer includes a housing with a motor disposed in the housing. A mixing shaft is operably coupled to the motor. A mixing bowl is positioned beneath the mixing shaft, and a food mill attachment is coupled to the bowl. The food mill attachment is mechanically coupled to the mixing shaft. The food mill attachment includes a transmission mechanically coupling a disk to the motor along a central axis. The disk is rotatable around the central axis in both a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction. The food mill attachment also includes a food mill bowl coupled to the mixing bowl. The food mill bowl receives food items for processing.
Pet Food Mixing System
A pet food mixing system is described. Embodiments of the pet food mixing system include a container and a mixing cover. The mixing cover can be defined by a second container having a plurality of baffles and being configured to mate with a rotatable mixing member. The mixing member can include a plurality of blades for mixing food.
Micro puree machine with partial depth processing
A micro puree machine includes a mixing shaft coupled to a blade and rotatable by means of a gear. A magnet is coupled to the gear and a rotation sensor is mounted on the machine housing. As the mixing shaft descends into the pre-frozen ingredients, the rotation sensor detects a magnetic field of the magnet as the gear rotates and generates a rotation signal in response. A controller receives the rotation signal and determines a rotation count associated with the gear, causing the mixing shaft to ascend back toward the housing once a pre-selected rotation count has been reached. The pre-selected rotation count correlates with the partial processing of the ingredients.
MIXING APPLIANCE INDEXING ASSEMBLY
A mixing appliance includes a base and an attachment coupled to the base. The attachment is configured to manipulate food content. Moreover, the mixing appliance includes a drive assembly. The drive assembly includes a motor and a drive shaft. The motor is configured to rotate the drive shaft. Furthermore, the mixing appliance includes an indexing assembly. Moreover, the indexing assembly includes a rotatable member. The rotatable member is coupled to the drive assembly and circumferentially rotatable by the drive assembly. Additionally, the indexing assembly includes a brake member. The brake member is configured to restrict rotation of the rotatable member during contact of the rotatable member by the brake member during the rotation of the rotatable member.
