OBTAINING AND PROCESSING INFORMATION RELATED TO A MOBILE DEVICE ACCESSORY THAT INCLUDES A BATTERY
An accessory for a mobile device includes a battery pack comprising a battery, battery pack memory, and battery data stored in the battery pack memory. The battery is an auxiliary power source for the mobile device when the accessory is electrically coupled to the mobile device. The accessory additionally includes accessory memory and accessory data stored in the accessory memory. The accessory data and the battery data may be obtained by the application on the mobile device when the accessory is electrically coupled to the mobile device.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT OF BATTERY-POWERED DEVICES
Various embodiments set forth a method comprising determining, by a first computing device powered by a rechargeable battery and a non-rechargeable battery, whether to change operation of the first computing device from a first operating state to a second operating state based on one or more of a state of the rechargeable battery, a state of the non-rechargeable battery, or a state of a communication mode of the first computing device; and in response to determining that operation of the first computing device should change to the second operating state, increasing, by the first computing device, an interval between communications with one or more second computing devices using the communication mode.
NETWORK ENERGY SAVING MANAGEMENT METHOD, APPARATUS, AND SYSTEM
A network energy saving management method includes: A first network management unit determines network energy saving scope information and a first network energy saving mode, and sends a first energy saving control message to a second network management unit, where the first energy saving control message includes the network energy saving scope information and the first network energy saving mode.
ENERGY HARVESTING BASED ON PRE-EMPTION INDICATIONS
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a pre-emption indication associated with a scheduled transmission between the base station and the UE. Accordingly, the UE may perform energy harvesting, during the scheduled transmission, based at least in part on the pre-emption indication. Numerous other aspects are described.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MONITORING THE STATUS OF A BOAT
A status monitoring system and the devices used for the status monitoring system is disclosed. The status monitoring system includes a controller device, a plurality of rod monitoring devices, and a motor monitoring device which works together to provide a layered approach to securing the boat. The controller device is configured to communicate with a smart device via cellular network. The controller device triggers an alert once it detects unexpected events on the boat or receives intrusion notifications from other devices in the status monitoring system. Unexpected events can include the boat moving out of the geofence, boat vibration, and unexpected starting of the vehicle. A method for monitoring the status of the boat is also disclosed. The method can include receiving an activation signal, receiving a GPS signal, receiving vibration signals, energizing the siren and transmitting notification and boat location to the cloud when detecting at least one trigger.
Automated lecture deconstruction
An online platform generates a playlist of clips of a lecture accessed by a plurality of users of the online platform. The online platform receives a recording of the lecture, and receives a plurality of events captured during a time period corresponding to the lecture. Each captured event is associated with a time stamp corresponding to a time at which a user performed an activity while listening to the lecture. The online platform clusters the captured events based on the time stamps, and generates one or more clips of the recording of the lecture from the clustered events. The online platform generates a playlist including the clips of the lecture.
METHOD FOR INDICATING ENERGY SAVING INFORMATION, BASE STATION AND USER TERMINAL
A method for indicating energy saving information, a base station and a user terminal. In the prior art, there is a technical problem of a poor energy saving effect when using the PDCCH as an energy saving channel to indicate energy saving information of a UE. The method comprises: carrying first energy saving information in target downlink control information (DCI) of a first time unit, the first energy saving information being used for indicating at least one piece of cross-timeslot scheduling information comprised in a first time window, the first time window comprising at least one time unit using the first time unit or a subsequent time unit as the start point, and the cross-timeslot scheduling information comprising at least among first information and second information, the first information being used for indicating and scheduling the DCI as a cross-timeslot scheduling or a present timeslot scheduling, and the second information being used for indicating the minimum value of a cross timeslot scheduling parameter or the minimum value of a cross-timeslot scheduling parameter in a TDRA list; and transmitting the target DCI to a user terminal.
Wireless headset role switching method, wireless headset and TWS headset
Disclosed is a wireless headset role switching method, relating to the technical field of portable listening devices, wherein a main wireless headset is a headset currently establishing a connection with a terminal, and a slave wireless headset is a headset not currently establishing a connection with the terminal. The method includes: when receiving an in-place instruction, a main wireless headset sending connection information of the main wireless headset and a terminal to a slave wireless headset, so that the slave wireless headset initiates a connection request to the terminal according to the connection information and establishes a connection with the terminal, thereby completing wireless headset role switching. Also disclosed are a wireless headset, a wireless connection device role switching method, a TWS headset and a computer-readable storage medium, having those beneficial effects.
SOLAR HYBRID BATTERY FOR POWERING NETWORK DEVICES OVER EXTENDED TIME INTERVALS
A network device for installation at a geographic location includes a rechargeable power cell configured to store a first amount of energy sufficient to power the network device during a longest night of a year at the geographic location without the rechargeable power cell being fully depleted and a solar panel configured to generate a second amount of energy sufficient to, during any given cloudy day at the geographic location, power the network device and fully recharge the rechargeable power cell.
