FEEDBACK MECHANISM TO ACTIVATE AND/OR DEACTIVATE A SEMI-PERSISTENT SCHEDULING GRANT
The present disclosure may provide a feedback mechanism in which a feedback PDU may be transmitted by a UE with one or more modified transmission characteristics for both an activation and deactivation of the SPS grant. The feedback PDU transmitted with modified transmission characteristics may increase the reliability of the communication system and reduce the latency of the communication system, while also activating and/or deactivating SPS grants. In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may generate a feedback PDU. In addition, the apparatus may modify a transmission characteristic associated with the feedback PDU. Furthermore, the apparatus may transmit, using the modified transmission characteristic, the feedback PDU to the base station.
Program for adjusting channel interference between access points in a wireless network
The performance and ease of management of wireless communications environments is improved by a mechanism that enables access points (APs) to perform automatic channel selection. A wireless network can therefore include multiple APs, each of which will automatically choose a channel such that channel usage is optimized. Furthermore, APs can perform automatic power adjustment so that multiple APs can operate on the same channel while minimizing interference with each other. Wireless stations are load balanced across APs so that user bandwidth is optimized. A movement detection scheme provides seamless roaming of stations between APs.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSMITTING UPLINK DEMODULATION REFERENCE SIGNALS
A method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) is provided. The method includes a user equipment (UE) determines an uplink DMRS format for demodulating a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) according to frequency-domain resources occupied by the PUSCH, in which the uplink DMRS format includes a comb occupied by a PUSCH DMRS sequence. The comb is subcarriers having specified intervals occupied by demodulation reference signals, and the specified intervals between the occupied subcarriers are same. For the DMRSs using the comb format, subcarriers with specific intervals are used for channel estimation, and values of the channel estimation are used for data demodulation. The UE transmits uplink information and the demodulation reference signals on physical resources using the uplink DMRS format. The present disclosure can improve the multiplexing ratio of uplink physical resources in a multi-UE scenario.
Managing Radio Frequency Spectrum Usage By A Wireless Network Node
Embodiments include systems and methods for managing radio frequency (RF) spectrum usage by a processor of a wireless network node. The processor may scan one or more frequencies to determine a spectrum usage. The processor may identify one or more high priority devices based on the scanning The processor may determine a maximum RF interference threshold of the one or more high priority devices based on the spectrum usage and the identification of the one or more high priority devices. The processor may calculate a transmit power for one or more wireless network nodes based on the determined maximum RF interference threshold, and the processor may transmit a signal at or below the calculated transmit power.
Method for uplink fractional transmit power control
Embodiments herein relate to a user equipment (10), a radio base station (12) and methods therein for handling transmission power control of the user equipment (10). The user equipment (10) is served by the radio base station (12) in a serving cell (i) controlled by the radio base station (12). The radio base station (12) or user equipment obtains a first pathloss from the user equipment (10) towards the serving cell (i) and a second pathloss from the user equipment (10) towards an interfered cell (j). The radio base station (12) or the user equipment (10) then selects a value of one or more parameters, respectively, which one or more parameters are to be used to control a transmission power of the user equipment (10) and which value is selected based on the first pathloss and the second pathloss.
CCA clearance in unlicensed spectrum
Techniques are described for contention-based wireless communications channel access that may improve the likelihood that a contention procedure will pass and allow a device to transmit an uplink or downlink transmission using the contention-based channel. Various disclosed techniques may determine a transmit power for a subsequent transmission based on channel characteristics during one or more clear channel assessment (CCA) time durations. The transmit power may be selected to provide a CCA threshold that may increase the likelihood that a device will win contention for the channel during the CCA procedure.
Power Control for Multiple Panels in Radio System
A method including receiving, by a wireless device equipped with multiple panels, downlink control information (DCI) indicating one or more transmission configuration indication (TCI) states. The method including determining, based on a quantity of the one or more TCI states being greater than one, a first pathloss, for a first panel of the multiple panels based on a first pathloss reference signal (RS), and a second pathloss, for a second panel of the multiple panels based on a second pathloss RS. The method including transmitting, via at least one of the first panel and the second panel, an uplink signal with a transmission power based on the first pathloss and the second pathloss.
Wireless communication method and device
