TRANSMIT POWER CONTROL INDICATION FOR MULTI-PANEL TRANSMISSION
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station as part of a wireless communications system. The UE may receive, from a base station, an indication of a configuration for a multi-panel transmission power control (TPC) command to be transmitted by the base station. The UE may also receive, according to the indicated configuration, a downlink control information (DCI) message including a set of TPC commands. The UE may determine, based on the set of TPC commands, a first transmit power for a first antenna panel of the UE and a second transmit power for a second antenna panel of the UE. The UE may transmit an uplink signal using the first antenna panel at the first transmit power and the second antenna panel at the second transmit power.
USER EQUIPMENT BEAM SELECTION BASED ON SERVICE DEMANDS
Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating UE beam selection based on service demands are disclosed herein. An example method of wireless communication includes determining to select an UL beam having a higher EIRP capability than an EIRP capability associated with a current beam for transmitting on UL when at least one of a target transmit power based on a TPC exceeds an EIRP capability associated with the current beam or when an amount of data in a buffer of the UE is greater than a data threshold. The example method also includes determining, upon determining to select the UL beam, a set of UL beams with an EIRP capability satisfying an EIRP capability threshold and a respective beamforming direction corresponding to a beamforming direction associated with the current beam, selecting one UL beam of the set of UL beams, and transmitting on UL on the selected UL beam.
Latency reduction for flexible duplex communication systems
Methods and apparatuses for transmitting and receiving a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) or a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). A method of a UE includes receiving: a configuration for first PUCCH resources, or for first search space sets, on a first cell and a configuration for second PUCCH resources, or for second search space sets, on a second cell. The method further includes determining: a first PUCCH resource, or the first search space sets, on the first cell; a second PUCCH resource, or the second search space sets, on the second cell; and a condition. The method further includes transmitting the PUCCH using the first PUCCH resource, or receiving the PDCCH based on the first search space sets, when the condition is satisfied, and transmitting the PUCCH using the second PUCCH resource, or receiving the PDCCH based on the second search space sets, when the condition is not satisfied.
Wireless communication system, wireless communication method, and wireless station device
A wireless communication system in which wireless stations perform transmission, a plurality of wireless modules that are operated in a shared frequency band being installed in the wireless stations, wherein the wireless stations each include means for notifying a control device of environment information that includes capacity information regarding the wireless station and information regarding a surrounding wireless environment, and setting transmission power values in the plurality of wireless modules, the wireless stations being notified of the transmission power values by the control device, and the control device includes means for calculating a transmission power value of each wireless module of each wireless station based on the environment information collected from each wireless station, following a control guideline that is determined in advance, and notifying the wireless stations of the transmission power values.
Terminal, base station, and communication method
Provided is a terminal with which it is possible, in a heterogeneous cell network, to transmit a Periodic-Sounding Reference Signal (P-SRS) at a transmission bandwidth and power density necessary for carrying out both a process of selection of a transceiving participating base station and a process of frequency scheduling of a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH). A terminal (300) comprises a receiving unit (301) which receives control information which includes information which denotes a P-SRS transmission parameter, and a transmission unit (303) which, using a transmission parameter which is included in the received control information, transmits a first P-SRS provided with a first bandwidth and a first power density at a first period, and transmits a second P-SRS provided with a second bandwidth which is narrower than the first bandwidth and second power density which is higher than the first power density at a second period.
Base station device, terminal device, wireless communication system, and communication method
A base station device includes: a controller configured to determine whether a calculation method for a single term among a plurality of terms included in an equation for determining a transmission power is either a first method or a second method; and a transmitter configured to transmit notification information for notifying the calculation method determined by the controller. The controller determines either the first method or the second method for first data, and determines either the first method or the second method for second data different from the first data.
CLUTTER REFLECTION MITIGATION IN FULL-DUPLEX COMMUNICATION
A clutter-induced interference at a base station is mitigated through a command from the base station to a user equipment that commands the user equipment to transmit using an increased transmit power. During acquisition, the command may comprise a SIB. During a connected mode of operation, the command may comprise a TPC message, assistance information, an RRC message, or a DCI message.
Method and device for uplink power control
Provided are a method and device for uplink power control. A user terminal performing the method includes: a receiving unit configured to receive signature information for the user terminal from a base station; and a control unit configured to determine a transmission power of the user terminal according to the received signature information.
POWER CONTROL AND RETRANSMISSION
Wireless communications are described for controlling a transmission. A base station may cancel, delay, and/or request a retransmission of a message. The base station may send a control message to control a transmission in a communication network. A wireless device may cancel a transmission (e.g., based on a pre-emption indication), determine a transmission power for a transmission (e.g., based on a power control message), and/or determine a retransmission of a message (e.g., based on a repetition indication).
Power Control for Wireless Communications
Wireless communications may be used to support transmission power control. A reference signal may be mapped to a power control parameter set. A message to schedule a transmission may be received that indicates the power control parameter set. A transmission power for the scheduled transmission may be determined based on the reference signal.
