Disclosed is a food processor including: a container including an accommodation tank with an upward opening; a lid coupled to the accommodation tank to cover an upper side of the accommodation tank, and having a first steam discharge hole formed in a central portion of the lid; a lid cap coupled to the lid to cover the first steam discharge hole; a base in which the container is placed; and a heating unit provided in the base to surround a lower part of the accommodation tank and heat food ingredients in the accommodation tank. The lid cap includes: a stem passing through the first steam discharge hole; a stem protrusion formed on both sides of the stem and secured to the lid; and an oval-shaped steam blocking portion covering an upper side of the stem and extending laterally to cover the upper side of the first steam discharge hole.
Blender
The present invention relates to a blender. The blender includes: a body provided with a motor assembly; a container which is detachably mounted to the body and in which food is accommodated; a container seating portion which is provided on a top surface of the body and on which the container is seated; a body accommodation portion which is recessed in a bottom surface of the container so that the container seating portion is inserted, and is in close contact with the container seating portion when the container is seated to fix the container; and an air vent which passes through a lower end of the container and communicates with the body accommodation portion, and through which air enters and exits the body accommodation portion when the container is mounted on the body.
Power Boost Mode For A Blender
A blender using different power modes is disclosed. Exemplary implementations may include a base assembly, a container assembly, an electrical motor, a blending component, a control interface, control circuitry, and/or other components. The control circuitry may be configured to make different types of detections related to the availability and/or usage of electrical power, and may control the electrical motor using at least two different power modes of operation, thus providing different amounts of power to the electrical motor in different power modes of operation.

CENTRIFUGAL HOMOGENIZATION APPARATUS AND METHOD OF OPERATING THE SAME
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to food-processing apparatuses and methods of use thereof, particularly apparatuses for producing plant-based milk from plant-based products. In an exemplary embodiment, a centrifugal homogenization apparatus comprises a power base comprising a motor drive system, a control interface, and a processing device operatively coupled to the motor drive system and the control interface. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a vessel coupled to the power base for receiving a plant-based product, the vessel comprising a lid, a filter basket, a blade cage assembly, and a nozzle assembly adapted for evacuation of liquid from the vessel.
Anti-cavitation blender with vertical jar actuation
A food preparation appliance, such as a blending, mixing, or food processing appliance, allows for rotatable blade movement by a drive and/or driven shaft relative to a jar holding contents along with movement of the jar relative to the blade in the axial direction of the drive and/or driven shaft. For example, a vertical or axial movement of the blade relative to the jar, or vice-versa can be guided within defined limits. Aspects provide the consumer with an intuitive and proactive way of preventing cavitation and improving the blending performance by allowing the user to manually and indirectly physically agitate the mixture with an up and down motion of the jar during a blending operation. This option for manual operation is part of the disclosed blender design, so is always and conveniently available to the consumer as an anti-cavitation method.

A blender system that includes a base that is selectively and operatively engaged with a container that is shown and described herein. The base may include a near field communications chip that may communicate with a near field communications chip of a container. The base also includes a motor that is selectively and operatively engaged with a blade disposed within a container.
Blender Container with Child Hand Guard
A portable blender apparatus having a hand guard includes a motor base having a control for controlling the operations of a blade assembly coupled to the motor base. A container for the portable blender has a proximal portion which couples to the motor base, and a distal portion away from the motor base. The distal portion is configured with an attachment mechanism for receiving a removable lid, which may be used to seal material in the container. The distal portion includes a plate guard, which is a substantially planar member extending inward from an outer circumference of the distal portion. The plate guard has an aperture of reduced circumference relative to the distal portion, and the aperture is separated from the blade assembly a predetermined distance.

The present invention discloses a portable blender comprising a cup body, a blade seat, a machine seat, and a control panel, a motor and a driving seat, wherein the cup body is detachably connected with the blade seat detachably connected with the machine seat provided with a safety switch, the blade seat includes a blade tray provided with a first through hole, a rotating shaft, a stirring blade set and a driven seat, a first sealing ring encircles the blade tray and is provided with a first protrusion passing through the first through hole and used to support the safety switch. In the present invention, the blade seat and the machine seat are arranged independently, making it convenient to detach and clean the blender in safety, and the first protrusion arranged on the first sealing ring supports the safety switch, ensuring the safety of use.
