Interlocking blending system
A blender system that includes a base that is selectively and operatively engaged with a container is shown and described herein. The base may include a near field communications chip that may communicate with a near field communications chip of a container. The base also includes a motor that is selectively and operatively engaged with a blade disposed within the container.
SMART FOOD PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHOD
A food processing apparatus for preparing a fluid food product includes a food processing chamber including a blade arrangement driven by a motor; a particle sensor arranged to measure an actual particle size within said fluid food product in said food processing chamber and a controller arranged to control the motor. The controller is communicatively coupled to the particle sensor and may disengage the motor in response to a signal from the particle sensor indicative of the actual particle size reaching a threshold value of no less than 400 μm within said fluid food product.
MIXER UNIT FOR FOODSTUFFS
A mixer unit suitable for whipping and mixing solid and/or liquid foodstuffs, comprises a base portion containing a motor, a container suitable for receiving a desired dose of foodstuffs to be processed and shaped for being rested, in an upturned position, on a surface placed above said base portion; the mixer unit further comprises a retractable blade unit to whip and mix the solid and liquid foodstuffs directly inside the container, the retractable blade unit being movable from a retracted non-operating configuration to an extended operating configuration for processing the foodstuffs directly inside the container, the container being provided with removable closing and coupling elements, configured for sealingly coupling, partially with the surface and partially with the retractable blade unit, so as to permit the positioning and rotation of the retractable blade unit inside the volume bounded by the container.
BLENDER
The present invention relates to a blender which comprises: a jar in which a blade module in which food is crushed is placed; a body in which the jar is seated and which has an opened lower surface; a motor assembly which is provided inside the body and rotates the blade module; a cooling fan which is provided at the lower end of a rotary shaft of the motor assembly and rotates when the motor assembly is driven to thereby force air flow in the inside of the body; a PCB module which is placed between the circumferential surface of the body and the motor assembly; a base plate which blocks the opened lower surface of the body and includes a plate suction port via which air is sucked into the inside of the body, and a plate drain port via which air is discharged to the outside of the body; and an air guide which connects the motor assembly to the plate drain port to thereby form a discharge path of air, wherein the PCB module is placed at the upper side of the plate suction port and is cooled by the sucked air.
Blender apparatus with safety interlock system
A blending device having an interlock system which may comprise a plurality of subassemblies. A thermal detector may be configured to be proximity with matter being blended for human consumption. Interlock system may further include a blade interlock contact and a compressive contact. The blender vessel may be configured to compress the compressive contact to a communicative configuration when connected with the blade assembly. Interlock system may utilize a blender base assembly that has base interlock contacts and a motor. The blade assembly may be configured to releasably mount to the blender base assembly and may cause the base interlock contact and the blade interlock contact to come into electrical communication with each other. The interlock system may ultimately result in the motor being obstructed from operation unless certain conditions are met. The interlock system may further utilize one or more than one logic circuit element.
Food processor non-contact interlock
A food processing container includes a food processing chamber and a cover assembly with a latch mechanism operable between latched and unlatched positions. The latch mechanism includes a first magnetic member disposed therein. An interlock assembly is disposed outside of and adjacent to the food processing chamber and includes a sealed cavity with a plunger member moveable disposed within the sealed cavity. The plunger is operable between at-rest and actuated positions within the sealed cavity and includes upper and lower magnetic members disposed at opposite ends of the plunger member. The plunger member moves to the actuated position as the latch mechanism moves to the latched position due to a repulsion force between the first magnetic member and the upper magnetic member, and further wherein the lower magnetic member moves into the lower portion of the sealed cavity as the latch mechanism moves to the latched position.
Motor magnetic interference ring
A blender system that includes a base that is selectively and operatively engaged with a container is shown and described herein. The blender system may include a container. The container may include a magnet and may be engagable with a blade base. The blade base may include a switch that responds to the magnet. The blender system may include a shield that shields the magnet and switch from a magnetic field generated by operation of a motor.
ELECTRICALLY OPERATED KITCHEN APPLIANCE COMPRISING AN ELECTRICAL INTERFACE FOR A PREPARATION VESSEL
An electrically operated kitchen appliance includes at least two functional elements for performing a function of the kitchen appliance and has a receiving region for holding a preparation vessel. The receiving region has an electrical interface with electrical contact elements that are electrically connected to a functional element of the kitchen appliance, and establish an electrically conductive connection to corresponding contact elements of a preparation vessel, which is connected to the receiving region. The kitchen appliance has a switch-over device, which is assigned to the electrical contact elements and which changes a connection assignment between the electrical contact elements of the kitchen appliance and the functional elements of the kitchen appliance in such a way that after the actuation of the switch-over device, a functional element is connected to a different electrical contact element than prior to the actuation of the switch-over device.
Blender with pressure control
A blender for blending food products includes a vessel configured for containing the food products and a cutter blade base having a cutter blade assembly. The cutter blade base releasably coupled to and cooperating with the vessel to seal the food products within the vessel and blend the food products. The cutter blade assembly is driven by a drive device. A pressure minimizing device prevents an overaccumulation of pressure within the vessel as the food products are blended therein.
