Scheduled Uplink Transmission For Channel State Information Reporting
Channel state information (CSI) reporting may be used for wireless communications. CSI reporting may be activated or deactivated. During the activation of CSI reporting and based on one or more criteria, a scheduled uplink transmission may be selected.
TRANSMIT POWER ADJUSTMENT FOR FULL DUPLEX FEEDBACK
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) operating according to full duplex (e.g., transmit and receive concurrently) may adapt a transmit power of a sidelink feedback message based on priorities of data messages. For example, the UE may determine a priority of a first data message received at the UE in a previous slot and a priority of a second data message transmitted to the UE in a previous slot. Based on a comparison of the priorities of the data messages, the UE may adjust a transmit power for a feedback message indicating a decoding outcome of the first data message and transmit the feedback message according to the adjusted transmit power while receiving a feedback message indicating the decoding outcome of the second data message thereby increasing efficiency while reducing interference.
UE POWER CONTROL FOR MULTIPLE UPLINK CARRIERS
Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for UE power control for multiple uplink carriers. One apparatus includes a processor and a transceiver that performs a random-access procedure, wherein performing the random-access procedure includes transmitting a PUSCH Msg3. The processor identifies a number of configured CL-PC process for an UL channel or signal and calculates a transmit power for the PUSCH Msg3 using a CL-PC process with index zero in response to the apparatus being in RRC_CONNECTED state and the number of configured CL-PC processes for the UL channel or signal being more than one.
Techniques for performing random access in full duplex wireless communications
Aspects described herein relate to determining whether full duplex (FD) communications are configured during resources for communicating one or more messages of a random access procedure, where the FD communications comprising uplink communications and downlink communications occurring in a same frequency band, and responsive to the determining whether the FD communications are configured during the resources, transmitting the one or more messages of the random access procedure using the resources.
SIDELINK TRANSMIT POWER CONTROL FOR NEW RADIO V2X
Methods and systems for Sidelink Transmit Power Control may include but are not limited to path loss estimation for sidelink including Reference Signals (RS) for path loss measurement and path loss estimation for proximity based transmit power control, open-loop transmit power control on sidelink including synchronization, discovery, and broadcast, as well as closed-loop transmit power control on sidelink including two-way transmit power control on sidelink for unicast and two-way transmit power control on sidelink for groupcast or multicast. Methods and systems for transmit power sharing may include but are not limited to transmit power sharing between uplink and sidelink and transmit power sharing between sidelinks.
Transmit Power Allocation Technique
A technique for allocating transmit power for uplink, UL, radio transmission is described. As to a method aspect, a method of allocating transmit power for at least two UL transmissions on one or more cells (302, 304) of a radio access network, RAN, is provided. The method comprises or initiates the step of allocating (202) the transmit power for the UL transmissions. A total transmit power resulting from the allocation is less than or equal to a maximum transmit power by allocating the transmit power to the UL transmissions according to a priority order of the UL transmissions. At least one UL transmission of a low-latency communication is prioritized over at least one UL transmission of a regular communication according to the priority order.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, WIRELESS COMMUNICATION METHOD, AND WIRELESS STATION DEVICE
A wireless communication system in which wireless stations perform transmission, a plurality of wireless modules that are operated in a shared frequency band being installed in the wireless stations, wherein the wireless stations each include means for notifying a control device of environment information that includes capacity information regarding the wireless station and information regarding a surrounding wireless environment, and setting transmission power values in the plurality of wireless modules, the wireless stations being notified of the transmission power values by the control device, and the control device includes means for calculating a transmission power value of each wireless module of each wireless station based on the environment information collected from each wireless station, following a control guideline that is determined in advance, and notifying the wireless stations of the transmission power values.
ENHANCED POWER CONTROL FOR HIGH PRIORITY (HP) AND LOW PRIORITY (LP) UPLINK (UL) TRANSMISSION MULTIPLEXING
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method of wireless communications, including: multiplexing a first uplink control information (UCI) and a second UCI on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), wherein the first UCI has a first priority and the second UCI has a second priority, wherein the first priority is higher in priority than the second priority, computing a transmit power based on one or more power control parameters associated with the first UCI, and transmitting the PUCCH in accordance with the transmit power.
TECHNIQUES FOR MANAGING POWER AMPLIFIER RELIABILITY FOR MULTI-SIM ANTENNA SWITCHING CONCURRENCY
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may detect a first communication, associated with a first subscriber identity module (SIM) operating in a connected mode, that is at least partially overlapping in a time domain with a second communication associated with a second SIM operating in an idle mode. The UE may detect that a transmit chain associated with the first SIM and a receive chain associated with the second SIM are sharing an antenna switch. The UE may perform a preventive action based at least in part on the first communication associated with the first SIM overlapping in the time domain with the second communication associated with the second SIM while the transmit chain associated with the first SIM and the receive chain associated with the second SIM are sharing the antenna switch. Numerous other aspects are described.
Apparatus and method for random access channel power prioritization
A method, apparatus, and computer program product for wireless communication are provided in which a transmission power is prioritized between an access channel and a second channel. Additionally, the access channel and the second channel are transmitted simultaneously. Each of the access channel and the second channel are transmitted at a transmission power determined based on the priority.
