Power Control for Wireless Communications Associated with Preempted Resources

Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for wireless communications. A wireless device may have different capabilities for preemption. A base station may use a signaling format to indicate a transmission power command and a preemption indicator. A wireless device may receive the signaling format and may determine, based on the transmission power command and the preemption indicator, whether to stop a transmission or to reduce a transmission power.

METHOD AND DEVICE IN NODE FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION

The disclosure provides a method and a device in a node for wireless communication. A first node receives a first signal and a second signal, and the first node transmits a first information block and a second information block in a first time window. The first information block and the second information block are used for determining whether the first signal and the second signal are correctly received respectively; transmit power values of physical layer channels carrying the first information block and the second information block are both a first power value. Through the design in the disclosure, a transmit power of a feedback channel on a sidelink is associated with a priority; and when multiple feedback channels are transmitted in one same time window, a proper transmit power can be determined to optimize performances of the feedback channels on the sidelink.

UPLINK POWER CONTROL

Techniques for uplink power control (e.g., for New Radio (NR)) are disclosed. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may determine that the WTRU is to perform a first and a second transmissions using a first and a second transmission beams. The WTRU may determine an uplink transmission power for one or more of the first or second transmissions. For example, if the angular separation of the first and the second transmission beams is greater than a first separation threshold, the WTRU may determine the uplink transmission power having a first maximum power level parameter and a second maximum power level parameter. If the angular separation of the first and the second transmission beams is less than a second separation threshold, the WTRU determine the uplink transmission power having a shared maximum power level parameter. The WTRU may transmit the first and second transmissions using the first and second transmission beams, respectively.

The method may further include transmitting an LBT trigger signal in response to detection of no RF energy above a minimum energy threshold at the beginning of the LBT window. The method may further include receiving an LBT trigger response signal from the one or more served UEs. The method may also include communicating, by the base station, with the one or more UEs during a channel occupancy time (COT) of the current frame after the LBT window.
