Embodiments of this application disclose a transmit power configuration method, an IAB node, a base station, and a storage medium, and relate to the field of communications technologies. The method is applied to an integrated access and backhaul IAB node, and the IAB node includes a distributed unit DU and a mobile termination MT unit. The method includes: determining a first transmit power configuration for the DU and/or a second transmit power configuration for the MT unit; and controlling the DU to transmit information at a transmit power indicated by the first transmit power configuration, and/or the MT unit to transmit information at a transmit power indicated by the second transmit power configuration, where a sum of the transmit power of the DU and the transmit power of the MT unit is less than or equal to a maximum transmit power of the IAB node.

Techniques for power control using carrier aggregation in wireless communications

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for managing transmissions using multiple component carriers (CCs) in which transmissions using one or more of the CCs may span less than a full transmission time of a slot or other transmission time interval. A UE may signal a capability to transmit such transmissions, and one or more capabilities related to carrier aggregation that may be used by a base station for scheduling of transmissions on different CCs. In the event that overlapping transmissions on two or more CCs exceed a maximum power threshold, various techniques for dropping at least a portion of one or more transmissions of one or more CCs are described.

Priority-based transmit power control

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for priority-based transmit power control. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes communicating with at least a second UE via a link, determining a transmission power for transmitting information via the link based, at least in part, on a priority corresponding to the information, and outputting the information for transmission via the link in accordance with the determined transmission power.

URLLC INDICATIONS WITH MULTI-TRANSMISSION GRANTS

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for ultra-reliable low latency communications (URLLC) indications with multi-physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and/or multi-physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) grants. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network entity, downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a plurality of transmissions of a first priority, wherein the DCI comprises at least one field indicating one or more parameters to apply when at least one previously scheduled transmission of a second priority collides with: one or more of the plurality of transmissions of the first priority, or one or more transmissions acknowledging the one or more of the plurality of transmissions of the first priority; and applying the one or more parameters to process the plurality of the transmissions of the first priority.

POWER CONTROL FOR MULTIPLEXING UPLINK CONTROL INFORMATION
20220322243 · 2022-10-06 ·

Techniques described herein provide multiplexing of multiple forms of uplink control information (UCI) associated with different priorities on a single physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). For example, some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide multiplexing of the multiple forms of UCI as if they are associated with the same priority. Furthermore, some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide power control for the transmission of multiple forms of UCI on a single PUCCH. For example, a UE may apply a payload size dependent power boost for power control of a PUCCH based at least in part on the PUCCH carrying multiple forms of UCI. Still further, some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide a fallback technique where the UE is associated with insufficient power headroom to apply the payload size dependent power boost.

A power obtaining method includes: obtaining a configuration power, where the configuration power includes at least one of a first configuration power or a second configuration power, the first configuration power is a power configured for a DU of an IAB node, the second configuration power includes a power configured for an MT in the IAB node and a power configured for at least one cell group of the MT, or the second configuration power includes a power configured for at least one cell group of the MT; and determining a transmission power of the DU and a transmission power of the at least one cell group of the MT, where at least one of the transmission power of the DU or the transmission power of the at least one cell group of the MT is determined according to the configuration power and a transmission priority.

Power headroom report enhancement

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a trigger event configuration for power headroom reporting for a first service type that has a lower latency condition and a higher reliability condition than a second service type. For example, the first service type may be for low latency communications, and the second service type may be for mobile broadband (MBB) communications. The UE may detect a trigger event for power headroom reporting for the first service type based on the trigger event configuration. The UE may transmit a power headroom report for the first service type based on detecting the trigger event. By transmitting the power headroom report for the first service type, the UE may indicate whether power boosting for the first service type is available.
