Method for reporting power headroom, method for receiving power headroom, user equipment, base station, medium and system
Method for reporting power headroom, method for receiving power headroom, user equipment, base station, medium and system are provided. The method for reporting power headroom includes: determining a first carrier and a first time slot corresponding to the first carrier for transmitting a PHR; acquiring a first time slot group corresponding to at least one other carrier, wherein the first time slot group includes N time slots, uplink data transmission is performed in at least one of the N time slots, N is a positive integer, and the first time slot includes the first time slot group in a time domain; generating the PHR based on power headroom corresponding to die first time slot and power headroom corresponding to the first time slot group; reporting the PHR to a base station using the first time slot. Power headroom corresponding to different carriers may be accurately reported to the base station.

The disclosure relates to a device and a method for controlling transmission power of an electronic device in a wireless communication system. An electronic device may include: a housing; at least one radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC) disposed in the housing and configured to support a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT; a first communication processor electrically or operationally connected to the at least one RFIC; a second communication processor electrically or operationally connected to the at least one RFIC and the first communication processor; and at least one memory which is operationally connected to the first communication processor and the second communication process or is a part of at least one of the first communication processor or the second communication processor, and which is configured to store a first threshold value related to the at least one RFIC.
METHOD FOR REPORTING POWER HEADROOM REPORT AND TERMINAL
A method for reporting a power headroom report includes: in a case that a trigger condition for reporting a power headroom report is satisfied, reporting a power headroom report. The power headroom report includes power headroom report information of at least one power control object, and a power control object is an antenna panel or a beam.
TECHNIQUES FOR REMOTE RADIO HEAD CONFIGURATION FOR USER EQUIPMENT
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a remote radio head (RRH), a protocol configuration, wherein the protocol configuration configures the RRH to perform one or more MAC protocol layer functions of the UE. The UE may perform a communication, wherein one or more higher layer functions associated with the communication are performed by the UE, wherein the one or more higher layer functions are associated with a higher layer than the MAC protocol layer. Numerous other aspects are described.
Beam-specific power control
Embodiments of the present disclosure describe methods and apparatuses for beam-specific power control.
Methods and devices for transmitting device capability information
Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for transmitting device capability information. The method includes operating a device with multiple antenna port groups for communication between the device and a network. The method includes transmitting, by the device, device capability information to the network. The device capability information includes a number of antenna port groups of the multiple antenna port groups, a number of antenna ports for each of the antenna port groups, a maximum number of supported spatial layers for each of the antenna port groups, or some combination thereof.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
An active period that is expressed by a range of a count value t[x] and is a period during which communication of a packet with an outside is permitted and an inactive period that is expressed by a range of the count value t[x] and is a period during which communication of a packet with an outside is prohibited are defined in schedule data. A wireless communication interface communicates a packet with the outside during the active period. A power supply controller cuts off power supplied to the wireless communication interface during the inactive period. A synchronous controller updates a count value of a counter based on a synchronous data value in the received packet during a reception operation of the packet, define the synchronous data value based on the updated count value t[y] during a transmission operation of the packet, and store it in the packet to be transmitted.
User equipment, base station and wireless communication method
Provided are a user equipment, base station and wireless communication method related to interference report in full duplex operation. A user equipment comprises: circuitry operative to form interference information about interference from at least one of the user equipment itself and at least one neighboring user equipment of the user equipment; and a transmitter operative to transmit the interference information to a base station, wherein full duplex operation is performed between the user equipment and at least the base station.
Methods and apparatus supporting random access procedures in a wireless network
A method performed by a wireless device is described herein. The wireless device operates in a wireless communications network. The wireless device provides a message to be sent to a network node operating in the wireless communications network. The message is a first scheduled message to be sent to the network node in a random access procedure. The message comprises a first indicator of a type of the message. The type of message has: a) a fixed size SDU, and b) a one byte header comprising the first indicator and lacking a second indicator of a length of a payload. The wireless device also initiates sending the provided message to the network node. Also described is a method performed by the network node receiving and initiating processing the message, based on the first indicator.
Temporal power control system and method
Systems and methods are described for reducing processing time of messages that are repeatedly received, with increasing frequency, by a device (e.g., user equipment, base station etc.). For example, the systems and methods would have a base station decrease power, possibly to minimum power-out, per policy, if messages beyond the original are received and the time between those messages is decreasing. The decrease in time between messages indicates a more urgent need for the base station to power down. The systems and methods can be adapted for different types of messages (e.g., power-up, power-down, resource request, bandwidth request, service type, call type origination, quality-of-service request, application type, etc.). Each message type is associated with a policy (pre-determined or adaptive) that indicates the default behavior when the method detects a decrease in time between messages.
