REPORTING FOR MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE EXPOSURE
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that a maximum permissible exposure (MPE) condition is satisfied for the UE; transmit, to abase station, a message based at least in part on determining that the MPE condition is satisfied; and transmit, to the base station based at least in part on the MPE condition being satisfied, beam information indicating an updated transmit beam for the UE. Numerous other aspects are provided.
METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING POWER HEADROOM, TERMINAL DEVICE, AND NETWORK DEVICE
A method for transmitting a power headroom, a terminal device, and a network device are provided. The method includes: sending a power headroom PH value of a serving cell to a network device, where the PH value is a first PH value of a first sounding reference signal SRS and/or a second PH value of a second SRS; and the first PH value is obtained based on first configuration information of the first SRS, the first SRS is an SRS used for positioning, and the second SRS is an SRS used for measurement.
V2X COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS
The technology of this application relates to a V2X communication method and an apparatus. The method includes a first network element obtains UE density information of a first area in which target UE is located, and the first network element sends first information to the target UE based on the UE density information, where the first information is used by the target UE to adjust transmit power of a PC5 interface. The method provided in this application can improve V2X communication quality, and further reduce power consumption of UE. In addition, it can also be avoided that primary responsibility of an accident is transferred to a server, and information received by the UE is determined using global information, so that an error can be reduced.
COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM, METHOD FOR CONCURRENT TRANSMISSION BETWEEN ACCESS POINTS, AND ACCESS POINT
A communications system is disclosed. The communications system includes a first access point and a second access point whose operating channels overlap. The first access point and the second access point each measure a signal strength of a response frame sent by a terminal device associated with the first access point, to obtain a first signal strength and a second signal strength. The first access point determines, based on the first signal strength and the second signal strength, a power, a power upper limit, or a power adjustment value to be used by the second access point when the second access point and the first access point perform concurrent transmission. The communications system can perform a step of measuring the signal strength in the concurrent transmission between the access points, and reduce dependence on the terminal device.
ADDITIONAL MAXIMUM POWER REDUCTION FOR UPLINK TRANSMISSION FOR WIRELESS NETWORKS
A technique for power control including receiving, by a user device, a resource block allocation for uplink transmission that includes one or more resource blocks within a frequency channel; determining at least one resource allocation region or which an uplink resource block allocation within the resource allocation region will require an additional maximum power reduction (e.g., to reduce interference to a protected frequency band); and applying, by the user device, the additional maximum power reduction for a transmission power of the user device based on the resource block allocation being within the at least one resource allocation region.
CARRIER MANAGEMENT IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORK
Certain examples of the present invention relate to carrier management in a wireless communication network. Certain examples provide a User Equipment, UE, comprising: means for receiving, following a maximum permissible exposure, MPE, event occurring during operation over a first carrier such that the UE is no longer operating over the first carrier, a first signal, over a second carrier, for configuring the UE to determine a status of the MPE event associated with the previously used first carrier; means for determining, responsive to receipt of the first signal, a current status of the MPE event associated with the previously used first carrier; and means for transmitting, responsive to receipt of the first signal, a second signal over the second carrier, wherein the second signal comprises an indication of the current status of the MPE event associated with the previously used first carrier.
METHOD, DEVICE AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM FOR COMMUNICATION
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices and computer readable media for communication of a RS. A method of communication comprises receiving, at a terminal device and from a network device, first information triggering a first communication of a reference signal in a first uplink resource, the first communication being triggered later than a second communication of the reference signal in a second uplink resource; determining, based on a modification result, power adjustment information for the first communication, the modification result indicating whether the second uplink resource is modified; and performing the first communication based on the power adjustment information. Embodiments of the present disclosure can ensure a correct power control for RS communication, and can achieve a dynamic adjustment for a RS communication while considering both flexibility of RS triggering and its related overhead.
TRANSMISSION POWER CONTROL
In some examples, an electronic device comprises a wireless transceiver to transmit a packet and a processor coupled to the wireless transceiver. The processor is to update a running average of a radiation level over a time period. The running average is based on a quantity of packets transmitted by the wireless transceiver during the time period and a radiation level associated with the quantity of packets. The processor is to determine whether the running average exceeds a threshold and to control transmission power for the packet based on the determination and based on a destination of the packet.
DEMODULATION REFERENCE SIGNALING WITH VARYING TRANSMIT POWER
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration of a first resource within a slot and a second resource within the slot. The UE may receive a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) based at least in part on the first resource, wherein the DMRS is associated with a first transmit power. The UE may receive an additional DMRS based at least in part on the second resource, wherein the additional DMRS is associated with a second transmit power different from the first transmit power. Numerous other aspects are described.
INDICATION INFORMATION SENDING METHOD, INDICATION INFORMATION RECEIVING METHOD, DEVICE, AND SYSTEM
An indication information sending method includes that a base station generates first indication information and sends the first indication information to a terminal device. The first indication information indicates a power control manner of a first channel, the power control manner being one power control manner in a power control manner set providing transmit power of a signal on the first channel is determined by a terminal device based on a first parameter or according to a rule predefined on the terminal device.
