Method for receiving downlink signal, in wireless communication system supporting unlicensed band, and device for supporting same

A method for receiving a downlink signal by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system supporting an unlicensed band, includes monitoring a set of Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) candidates for receiving a PDCCH in subframe # n−1 of the unlicensed band, wherein n is an integer larger than 1; receiving a first PDCCH in subframe # n of the unlicensed band, wherein the first PDCCH includes information for indicating that a number of occupied symbols in the subframe # n is less than 14; and receiving, from a base station (BS), a second PDCCH including uplink scheduling information in the subframe # n based on that the UE does not receive the PDCCH in the subframe # n−1 and receives the first PDCCH.

MEDIUM PROTECTION IN WIRELESS LOCAL AREA NETWORKS

An access point (AP) generates a multi-user request to send (MU-RTS) frame for protecting a channel bandwidth during a communication exchange, and transmits the MU-RTS frame in multiple duplicate first packets in respective communication subchannels that span the channel bandwidth. Each first packet has a first packet format that conforms to a legacy protocol. The AP receives multiple clear-to-send (CTS) frames from multiple client stations via respective communication subchannels that span the channel bandwidth. The AP generates a trigger frame configured to prompt the multiple client stations to transmit respective data to the AP. After transmitting the multiple first packets, the AP transmits the trigger frame in one or more second packets that span the channel bandwidth and that conform to a second packet format defined by a non-legacy protocol. The AP receives, from the multiple client stations, data frames that are responsive to the trigger frame.

MULTI-LINK CHANNEL ACCESS

In a wireless local area network (WLAN) system, in a case where data is being transmitted through a link, a transmission multi-link device (MLD) may perform back-off through another link during a time interval in which a PPDU is not transmitted through the link for the data transmission. Further, the transmission MLD may perform back-off again if a TXOP of the link for the data transmission is not over when a BC becomes 0.

Method apparatus and network node for applying conditional CQI reporting

A method for limiting Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) reporting from a User Equipment to a network node is provided where a User Equipment can transmit CQI reports to a network node, such as e.g. a base station, when the User Equipment is operating in low transmission and/or low reception activity mode. A limited CQI reporting is obtained by triggering the reporting according to one or more predefined rules, which to at least some extent depend on CQI specific information provided to the User Equipment from the network node. A User Equipment and a network node adapted to operate in accordance with the suggested method are also provided.

Disclosed in the present disclosure is a station, method for selecting value of OBO counter of station and electronic device. The method includes: acquiring a Beacon message sent by an access point (AP); computing the count of unallocated stations allocated no RU among the associated stations according to the count of the associated stations; acquiring a count of contentious RUs allocated to the associated stations by the AP in the previous trigger frame; computing a count of contention-failed RUs in the contentious RUs allocated to the associated stations by the AP in the previous trigger frame according to the frequency underutilization rate; and determining a value of the OBO counter according to the count of the unallocated stations, the count of the contentious RUs and the count of the contention-failed RUs.

FOUR-STEP RANDOM ACCESS CHANNEL PROCEDURE

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network node may transmit configuration information associated with identifying a plurality of sets of random access channel (RACH) occasions (ROs), wherein a first set of ROs, of the plurality of sets of ROs, is associated with a first set of parameters for a low-resolution analog to digital converter (ADC) and a first mode of the network node, and a second set of ROs, of the plurality of sets of ROs, is associated with a second set of parameters for a high-resolution ADC and a second mode of the network node. The network node may communicate, when operating in a particular mode of the network node, using a particular set of ROs, of the plurality of sets of ROs, associated with the particular mode of the network node. Numerous other aspects are described.

Enhanced downlink control information detection

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform a transmission detection procedure on each base station before combining control information. The UE may use demodulation reference signals (DMRS) as a detection mechanism. If the UE detects a DMRS from a base station, the UE may determine that a control resource set associated with the base station is valid for combining. If the UE does not detect DMRS from the base station, the UE may refrain from combining control information from the base station. In another example, base stations that pass a listen-before-talk (LBT) pr6ocedure may transmit a preamble before transmitting control information. A preamble may carry a preamble sequence associated with a specific control resource set. The UE may identify a preamble sequence and determine that the corresponding control resource set is valid for control information combining.
