Heat management for food processor
A machine (1) for processing a liquid food substance incorporates: a container (10) delimiting a cavity (10′) for containing said liquid food substance; an impeller (20) for driving the liquid food substance in the container (10); a motor (30) for driving the impeller (20); a motor chamber (40) for containing the motor (30); and a means for evacuating heat from the motor chamber (40). Such means comprises one or more movable members (50) that are driven by the motor (30) and that are configured to circulate air (2a,2b) in the motor chamber (40) to evacuate heat therefrom.
DEVICE FOR BRAKING A ROTATING TOOL IN A COOKING APPARATUS
The device (30) for braking an electric motor comprises a rotor (54) provided with two brushes (50, 51) and a stator comprising at least two half-coils (48, 49) connected in series to the brushes while the motor is nominally activated.
Said device comprises a means (30) for underpowering, e.g. freewheeling, the motor, a means (41, 42, 46) for connecting in series a single half-coil (49) to the rotor brushes and a means for controlling the braking by underpowering the motor until at least one value of a physical quantity reaches a predetermined value and the single half-coil is connected in series to the rotor brushes when the value of a physical quantity reaches the predetermined value.
Blender
The present disclosure relates to a blender including a main body including an outer case forming an outer appearance and an inner case configured to be received inside the outer case, a jar configured to be seated on the main body and provided with a blade device for crushing food, a motor assembly provided inside the inner case and configured to generate rotation power of the blade device, a main PCB device which is provided inside the inner case and on which a knob rotation shaft is mounted to input rotation of the knob rotation shaft, a knob assembly mounted on the knob rotation shaft and protruding outwardly through the outer case so that the operation of the knob assembly is manipulated by a user for operation manipulation of the motor assembly, and a supporter provided inside the inner case and supporting the main PCB device.
ANTI-CAVITATION BLENDER WITH VERTICAL JAR ACTUATION
A food preparation appliance, such as a blending, mixing, or food processing appliance, allows for rotatable blade movement by a drive and/or driven shaft relative to a jar holding contents along with movement of the jar relative to the blade in the axial direction of the drive and/or driven shaft. For example, a vertical or axial movement of the blade relative to the jar, or vice-versa can be guided within defined limits. Aspects provide the consumer with an intuitive and proactive way of preventing cavitation and improving the blending performance by allowing the user to manually and indirectly physically agitate the mixture with an up and down motion of the jar during a blending operation. This option for manual operation is part of the disclosed blender design, so is always and conveniently available to the consumer as an anti-cavitation method.
COUNTER-ROTATING MOTOR AND HIGH SPEED BLENDER
A counter-rotating motor and a high speed blender is described. The counter-rotating motor includes a stator, an inverter, an inner rotor and an outer rotor, the stator is provided with an outer winding and an inner winding, and the outer winding and the inner winding have opposite phase sequences, the inverter is connected in parallel with the outer winding and the inner winding to synchronously supply excitation current to the outer winding and the inner winding, the inner rotor is provided in the inner winding and is used for rotating in a first direction under the effect of the inner winding, and the outer rotor is provided in the outer winding and is used for rotating in a second direction opposite to the first direction under the effect of the outer winding.
CUTTER DEVICE OF JAR
A cutter device of jar includes a shell defining a top, a bottom and an accommodation chamber, a drive shaft inserted through the top and bottom of the shell, one or multiple blades mounted onto the drive shaft and located on the top of the shell, a first oil seal mounted into the accommodation chamber of the shell near the top of the shell and abutted against the periphery of the drive shaft, one or multiple bearings mounted into the accommodation chamber of shell and connected to the shell and the drive shaft, and a second oil seal mounted into the accommodation chamber of the shell near the bottom of the shell and abutted against the periphery of the drive shaft.
Cooler with integrated plate storage
A portable cooler includes a cooler body formed of an insulating shell defining an interior storage section, an insulated cooler lid coupled to the cooler body, and a storage structure formed within the insulated cooler lid for storing one or more plates. The plates can be stored in a recessed portion of the insulated lid, which may include a groove or removable lip to retain the plates. A utensil storage structure is provided to store one or more utensils. Sharp utensils may include safety mechanisms to inhibit unwanted removal.
Interlocking blending system
A blender system that includes a base that is selectively and operatively engaged with a container and an open and closable enclosure is shown and described herein. The base may include an interlock component that may interact with an interlock component of an enclosure or a container. The base also includes a motor that is selectively and operatively engaged with a blade disposed within the container. The motor may be controlled based on arrangement of the base, the enclosure, or the container.
Container for food processing system
An attachment for use with a food processing system including a container body including a sidewall, a first end configured to be mounted to a food processing base, and a second end remote from said first end. The first end is open and the second end includes an end wall oriented transverse to the sidewall. A chamber is defined by said container body. A first agitating member is receivable at said first end and a second agitating member receivable at said second end. The second agitating member is extendable into said chamber from said second end.
FOOD PREPARATION APPLIANCE WITH A DETACHABLE TOOL
The present disclosure relates to a food preparation appliance comprising a food preparation pot and a rotatable tool for chopping and/or blending a food in the food preparation pot wherein the tool is detachably connected to a shaft, which is at least partially outside the food preparation pot in order to be coupled to a drive for rotation.
