Food processing apparatus and method
Food processing apparatuses having a drive unit which has more than one mode of operation, works with more than one food processing container, and/or may be operated in more than orientation are disclosed. The drive unit may be operated in first and second modes of operation. In some embodiments, the drive unit may be actuated in a different manner in the second mode of operation as compared to the first mode of operation. In some embodiments, the orientation of the drive unit in the second mode of operation is vertically flipped upside-down as compared to the orientation of the drive unit in the first mode of operation.
Stand mixers
A stand mixer (10) comprises a head unit (50) having a lower surface presenting, in operation, a downwardly-facing drive outlet for driving in rotation at least one tool suspended therefrom. The head unit is supported with the downwardly-facing drive outlet above a receiving location (30) for a mixing bowl (40). Driving means, including an electric motor (70) and associated transmission means for conveying rotary drive to the drive outlet, are provided. The mixer further comprises first (80) and second (90) coaxial driving outlets presented on an upper surface (52) of the head unit (50); the coaxial outlets (80, 90) run at different speeds and are driven from the motor (70) by means of an epicyclic gearbox (100). The motor (70) is housed in the support means (60) with its drive shaft (72) in substantial alignment with the coaxial drive outlets (80, 90).
TRANSMISSION APPARATUS AND COOK MACHINE WITH TRANSMISSION APPARATUS
A transmission apparatus includes a DC motor, a level one transmission assembly, a level two transmission assembly, a level three transmission assembly, and a level four transmission assembly. The DC motor is connected to the level one transmission assembly, to drive the level one transmission assembly to act; the level one transmission assembly drives the level two transmission assembly to act; the level two transmission assembly drives the level three transmission assembly to act; the level three transmission assembly outputs kinetic energy and transforms a vertical motion into a horizontal motion through the level four transmission assembly. The transmission apparatus can output kinetic energy in many directions through a motor. One machine is endowed with a variety of machine functions. An output shaft of DC motor is directly connected to tapered gear, to make the structure more compact. A cook machine with the transmission apparatus is also provided.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL FOOD PROCESSOR
The present disclosure provides a multifunctional food processor including a machine base and a motor arranged in the machine base. An end of an output shaft of the motor is connected with a first rotation connector and is connected with a second rotation connector through a reducing mechanism; characterized in that the reducing mechanism includes a support frame and driven gear sets, a plurality of driven gear sets are arranged around a periphery of the output shaft through the support frame and form mutual transmission with the output shaft through a transmission gear; the second rotation connector is sleeved outside the plurality of driven gear sets, and an inner sidewall of the second rotation connector is provided with gear teeth meshing with the driven gear sets; wherein a transmission ratio of the reducing mechanism is 8-12:1.

A blender includes a blender body including an external cylinder, a grinding blade, and a blade driving portion rotating the grinding blade; and an internal cylinder unit including an internal cylinder, disposed in the external cylinder, in which the grinding blade is disposed, and having an internal side surface, on which at least one projection is formed, and an internal cylinder driving portion rotating the internal cylinder, wherein the internal cylinder driving portion rotates the internal cylinder with an internal cylinder driving motor in a direction opposing a rotational direction of the grinding blade, and includes a blocking member preventing the internal cylinder from rotating in the same direction as the rotational direction of the grinding blade.

A drive system for use in a piece of an appliance includes a drive shaft and a first rotary coupling and a second rotary coupling. When the drive shaft is rotated in a first direction, the first rotary coupling and the second rotary coupling rotate about an axis of the drive shaft at a same speed. When the drive shaft is rotated in a second opposite direction, the first rotary coupling and the second rotary coupling rotate about the axis of said drive shaft at different speeds.

A food processing system includes a driving pulley, a driven pulley, a motor, a belt, and an actuator. The motor is configured to rotate the driving pulley. The belt is connected with the driving pulley and the driven pulley. The driving pulley is configured to rotate the belt. The belt is configured to rotate the driven pulley. The actuator is connected with the driven pulley. The actuator is configured to move the driven pulley relative to the belt between an extended position and a retracted position.

A multi-functional food processing system includes a base having a first drive coupler and a second drive coupler, a first container to engage the first drive coupler, a second container to engage the second drive coupler, and a third container to engage the first drive coupler or the second drive coupler. The first container includes a first processing assembly where the first drive coupler is operable to rotate the first processing assembly at a first speed while the second container includes a second processing assembly where the second drive coupler is operable to rotate the second processing assembly at a second speed. The third container includes a third processing assembly and a transmission system, where the first drive coupler or the second drive coupler is operable to drive the transmission system to rotate the third processing assembly at a third speed.
