HEATING COOKER
A heating cooker includes a main casing, a heating chamber that is provided in the main casing and that is for heating an object to be heated, a door (3) that is provided on a front face side of the main casing and that opens and closes an opening of the heating chamber, and a dew receiving container (6) that is detachably attached onto an under front face side of the main casing. The main casing (1) has a front plate (60) that is provided around the opening of the heating chamber (2), a housing part (80) that is provided on underside of the front plate (60) so as to extend along a width of the front plate (60) in a left-right direction and that is recessed toward a rear face side relative to a lower-side front face of the front plate (60) so as to house a portion on the rear face side of the dew receiving container (6), and a drop inhibiting part (61) that is provided on a bottom end of the front plate (60) and that inhibits water droplets, having flowed down along a surface of the front plate (60), from traveling to a side of the housing part (80).
Steam generator and cooking apparatus having the same
Disclosed herein are a steam generator capable of preventing water inflow into a cooking compartment and easily discharging water therefrom and a cooking apparatus having the steam generator. The steam generator includes a first part to store water therein, a second part extending from the first part and having a smaller width than the first part, a heater disposed in the first part to heat water in the first part, and a temperature sensor mounted to an outer surface of the first part to detect a temperature of the heater. Whether the steam generator lacks water is determined by detecting a temperature of the heater using the temperature sensor.
Core Temperature Detector and Combination Cooking Appliance Having a Core Temperature Detector
A core temperature detector for a combination cooking appliance, has a measuring section and a handle section. Furthermore, a contacting tube is provided, a cable being guided in the contacting tube. The cable has an unsheathed area in the handle section, in which the contacting tube forms a contact point along with the cable, wherein the contact point has a distance to the handle-side end, which corresponds to an electrical length of the microwave radiation in the handle section, which is shorter than or equal to one quarter of the wavelength of the microwave radiation used in the combination cooking appliance. Also described is a combination cooking appliance comprising the core temperature detector as above described.
