In certain examples, a food processing machine for processing a food product includes a housing defining a cavity, a conveyor with a belt comprising metal for conveying the food product through the cavity in a longitudinal direction, and a convection heating system for heating air in the cavity such that heated air heats the food product as the food product is conveyed through the cavity. A microwave launch box system is configured to emit microwave energy into the cavity in a lateral direction transverse to the longitudinal direction to thereby further heat the food product as the food product is conveyed through the cavity.
COOKING APPLIANCE
A cooling appliance is proposed. A cavity (S) may be provided inside a casing (100, 200). A first heat source module (400) may be arranged in the casing (100, 200) and emit microwaves. A second heat source module (500) may be arranged at a bottom surface of the casing (100, 200) and emit magnetic fields. In addition, the second heat source module (500) may include a base plate (510) having a base hole (512) that is open at a center portion thereof, and a supporter (520) arranged below the base plate (510). A coil assembly (550) may be arranged between base plate (510) and the supporter (520). At this point, a shield filter (540) of the second heat source module (500) covers a working coil (570) of the coil assembly (550), and an outer end of the shield filter (540) may be arranged between the base plate (510) and a coil base (560).
COMBINATION OVEN
A steam oven having a housing, a cooking chamber located within the housing, a water tank receptacle connected to the housing, the water tank receptacle comprising: a reservoir, an inlet fitting positioned above the reservoir, a false bottom positioned above the reservoir, and a reservoir outlet extending through a bottom of the reservoir. A water tank is selectively positionable on the water tank receptacle above the false bottom, the water tank having an outlet fitting configured to fluidily connect to the inlet fitting upon positioning the water tank on the water tank receptacle.
FORCED CONVECTION OVEN WITH STEREO CIRCULATION
A convection oven is provided. An oven cavity is defined by at least by a top wall, a left side wall, a right side wall, and a door configured selectively open and close the oven cavity. An air channel defines a convection airflow out of and back into the oven cavity, the top wall defining an air inlet to allow the convection airflow to enter the air channel from the oven cavity, the walls further defining a plurality of outlets to allow the convection airflow to exit the air channel and reenter the oven cavity. Each of the plurality of outlets houses a corresponding one of a plurality of heating tubes, each corresponding heating tube being mounted along the convection airflow exiting the air channel.
