VEHICLE SIGNAL AND LIGHTING SYSTEM CONFIGURABLE TO VARIOUS ARTICLES AND APPAREL
Vehicle signaling configurable to various articles and apparel is provided. An example system allows a user to dynamically assign vehicle signals for activating brake lights, turn signals, running lights, headlights, police emergency lights, and so forth, to user-selected lights built into articles and apparel. Vehicle signals may be wirelessly assigned to lights on articles and apparel through a smart phone application, or other portable software means. The system forms a self-managing wireless network, to which the user can add any number of additional illuminated articles and pieces of illuminated apparel, which are automatically sensed and integrated. An example helmet spoiler, for example, has a receiver for processing a wireless signal from a vehicle, to actuate brake lights, turn signals, headlights, and the like on the spoiler itself. In a police implementation, a helmet actuates police flashers on the helmet based on an assigned wireless signal from a police vehicle.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR VISION-BASED AUTOMATIC FAULT NOTIFICATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF SYSTEM LIGHTING
A lighting fault diagnosis method includes determining a fault item among a plurality of fault items based on fault symptom data of a test for each fault item, and recommending a repair method suitable for the determined fault item.
Method to improve digestion acoustically
A method to improve digestion for an individual, especially the digestion issue caused by the individual's mental issues, may include steps of choosing one or more individuals having digestive discomfort caused by mental issues that may happen periodically; generating a sound file of digestion sounds for a predetermined length of time; administrating the sound file to the individual for a predetermined period of time; and determining if the individual's digestion is improved. In one embodiment, the step of generating a sound file of digestion sounds may include steps of recording the digestion sounds from a person during good digestion and editing the digestion sounds. In another embodiment, the predetermined length of time can be ten minutes.
ILLUMINATION SYSTEM FOR AN ARTIFICIAL TREE
The disclosed technology includes an illumination system for a tree trunk of an artificial tree. The system may include a cylindrical shaped body, such that the outer surface of the body has a cylindrical shape. The inner surface of the body may include one or more diameters. One or more lighting modules may be positioned along the tree trunk to impart an internal lighting and/or glowing effect radiating therefrom.
Calibration Of Drivers Of A Light Source
The present disclosure relates generally to techniques for adjusting a light source to provide radiant energy having a particular spectral characteristic, and more particularly, to a system and method of selectively controlling and calibrating LEDs within a light fixture to produce radiant energy so that the light fixture emits light at a desired color.
Lighting control apparatus and method thereof
A lighting control apparatus according to some exemplary embodiments includes: a touch screen configured to display a first graphic user interface in order to provide a VLC (Visible Lighting Communication) service; and a controller configured to perform visible lighting communication with at least one lighting in order to provide the VLC service selected through the first graphic user interface, wherein the VLC service may include a lighting registration service, and wherein the controller may receive unique address information of a first lighting transmitted through the visible lighting communication from the first lighting to be registered, and may register the first lighting using the received unique address information.
Display and control of load control devices in a floorplan
A load control system may comprise an electrical load control device and/or a computing device. The electrical load control device may control, for example, motorized window treatments (e.g., shades), lighting controls, and/or sensors (e.g., occupancy, radio window, daylight, etc.). For example, a load control device comprising a motorized window treatment may control the position of a covering material in the window treatment. The computing device may comprise a processor and/or a graphical user interface (GUI). The computing device may be a server and/or a user device, such as a wireless user device (e.g., a cellular phone, tablet, or laptop computer). The computing device may be configured to provide graphical representations that may be displayed on a GUI based on load control information.
Remote light control, configuration, and monitoring
A system of light devices including a first light device and a second light device. The first light device having a first housing, a first light, a first transceiver, a first electronic processor. The second light having a second housing, a second light, a second transceiver, a second electronic processor. The first electronic processor is coupled to the first light and the first transceiver, and configured to control operation of the first light, and transmit, via the first transceiver a command to the second light device. The second electronic processor coupled to the second light and the second transceiver, and configured to receive, via the second transceiver, the command from the first light device, and change an operational parameter of the second light in response to the command from the first light device.
LIGHTING DEVICE INCLUDING SOLID STATE EMITTERS WITH ADJUSTABLE CONTROL
Lighting devices and methods utilize multiple independently controllable groups of solid state light emitters of different dominant wavelengths, with operation of the emitter groups being automatically adjusted by processor(s) to provide desired illumination. Operation of the emitter groups may be further affected by sensors and/or user input commands (e.g., sound patterns, gesture patterns, or signal transmission). Operation may be adjusted to compensate for presence, absence, intensity, and/or color point of ambient or incident light. Presence of five or more groups of solid state light emitters provide desirable luminous flux, color point, correlated color temperature (CCT), color rendering index (CRI), CRI R9, and luminous efficacy characteristics of aggregate emissions over a wide range of CCT values, and may permit adjustment of vividness (e.g., relative gamut) and/or melatonin suppression characteristics for a selected color point or CCT.
DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OPERATION OF LIGHTING UNITS
A system for controlling operation of a lighting unit including a lighting unit having a communication module and an illumination module for producing an output lighting emission within a target environment. Also included is a data store module for storing at least one predefined lighting condition data indicative of a predefined lighting condition. A mobile electronic device is also included with a communication module for communicating with the communication module of the lighting unit via a communication link; a sensor module for sensing lighting data indicative of a lighting condition within the target environment; and a processor module configured for comparing the sensed data indicative of the lighting condition within the target environment against the at least one predefined lighting condition data indicative of the predefined lighting condition. A controller module is also included and configured for communicating with the lighting unit via the communication link.
