Cartridge for Pump Assembly Carrying Rasp
A pump assembly for generating and dispensing of particles of a solid material with or without dispensing of a fluid. The pump assembly preferably includes a fluid pump which in a cycle of operation draws the fluid through a fluid inlet and dispenses the fluid out a fluid outlet. The pump assembly carries a block of the solid material coalesced together and a rasp member, which during the cycle of operation, moves relative the rasp in engagement with the block whereby the rasp member disengages particles of the solid material from the block which particles drop under gravity downwardly adjacent the fluid outlet, for example, onto a user's hand as in the case that the fluid is a hand cleaning fluid and the solid is a solid soap.
Water dispensing system
A device, system, and method for dispensing water to moisten and soften toilet paper tissue, thereby to create an adhesive wipe and to provide a thorough surface cleaning, includes, in at least one embodiment: a water reservoir, a water reservoir locking lid and key, a dispensing actuator, a dispensing port, a wall mount plate, a dispense cup for a predetermined volume of water to use for each metered release of water from the dispenser, and a dispensing valve.
Dispenser system
A system for dispensing a personal care fluid, such as a hand soap or the like. The system includes a dispenser and a refill cartridge. The dispenser includes a dispenser body having a refill cavity and a dispenser lid configured to be coupled to the dispenser body. There may be a pump sub-system mounted to the dispenser lid, or alternatively the personal care fluid may be dispensed by squeezing the dispenser and refill cartridge. The refill cartridge is configured for slidable insertion into and removal from the refill cavity of the dispenser body. The personal care fluid system is designed so that a user can readily and easily change out/replace the refill cartridge for use with a common dispenser, dispenser lid, and pump sub-system.
BELLOWS DISPENSER FOR ACCESSIBILITY
A household product dispenser is described. An example of a household product dispenser can include a bellows member comprising a plurality of folds to permit the bellows member to expand or compress, the bellows member forming a reservoir for storing a household product, a volume of the reservoir corresponding to an expansion or a contraction of the bellows member. The household product dispenser can further include a first end plate connected to an end of the bellows member, the first end plate configured to receive a pressure and cause the bellows member to compress. The household product dispenser can further include a second end plate connected to an opposite end of the bellows member. The household product dispenser can further include an opening, the bellows member and configured to expel the household product from the opening based on a contraction of the bellows member.
Dispenser
A dispenser includes a front panel that can be opaque, and a body that includes a sidewall extending from a rear wall. Further, the front panel is coupled to the body and an interior cavity is formed therebetween. The sidewall includes an illuminating portion and a viewing portion. The illuminating portion is translucent and the viewing portion is transparent. The viewing portion is located between the front panel and the rear wall and the viewing portion and the illuminating portion indicate a refill status.
Adaptor assembly for a fluid dispensing system
An adaptor assembly for use in a dispenser for a replaceable fluid container comprising a fluid reservoir and a fluid pump. The adapter assembly is used in conjunction with the dispenser to allow a use of a fluid container having a pump being actuated by laterally compressing it. The adaptor assembly comprises an actuation part being movable, when mounted in the dispenser, and comprises a first contact surface for abutting against the user actuator and a second contact surface for abutting against the pump. The adaptor assembly also comprises a first connecting support for removably connecting the actuation part to the dispenser and/or the fluid dispensing package mounted in the compartment. A fluid dispensing system including the adaptor assembly is also disclosed.
DISPENSER PUMP USING ELECTRICALLY ACTIVATED MATERIAL
Apparatuses and techniques are provided for dispensing fluid from a dispenser that includes a flexible membrane having different levels of pliability according to a voltage applied to the flexible membrane. According to some embodiments, a biasing device, such as a spring, is disposed on a first side of the flexible membrane and is configured to apply pressure to the flexible membrane. When a first voltage is applied to the flexible membrane, the flexible membrane becomes sufficiently pliable to enable the spring to flex the flexible membrane, pushing the flexible membrane into a pumping chamber disposed on the opposite side of the flexible membrane relative to the spring. The fluid is stored in the pumping chamber and the flexing of the flexible membrane causes the pumping chamber to compress. Such compression of the pumping chamber forces the pumping chamber to dispense the fluid through a pump outlet.
The adaptor assembly also comprises a first connecting support for removably connecting the actuation part to the dispenser and/or the fluid container mounted in the compartment. A fixed dolly is configured to abut against the pump, wherein the pump is able to be configured between the second contact surface of the actuation part. A fluid dispensing system and a dispenser including the adaptor assembly is also disclosed.
Two-liquid dispensing systems, refills and two-liquid pumps
Exemplary embodiments of dispensing systems for dispensing mixtures of multiple liquids, refill units and pumps for such refill units and dispensers are disclosed herein. One refill unit includes a first container and a second container. The refill unit includes a first pump chamber that is associated with the first container and a second pump chamber that is associated with the second container. The first and second pump chambers include a liquid inlet valve and a liquid outlet valve. Expanding the first and second pump chambers draws liquid into the first and second pump chambers through the liquid inlet valves and compressing the first and second pump chambers forces liquid through the liquid outlet valves into a mixing chamber located downstream of the liquid outlet valves. The mixing chamber is formed at least in part by a flexible membrane. The refill unit also includes an outlet nozzle for dispensing the mixture.
CUSTOMIZABLE DISPENSER HAVING PLUG-IN CIRCUIT MODULES
A product dispenser may be customized by incorporating a backplane having multiple different electrical contacts points and multiple different connectors for receiving one or more dispenser plug-in circuit modules, where each plug-in circuit module has mating electrical contacts and connector members. Different dispenser plug-in circuit modules may be easily installed, i.e. plugged-in, during assembly and/or during installation of the product dispenser to change the operating features of a particular dispenser.
