The substrate includes a first surface. The electrically conductive pattern layer is located on the first surface and includes a contact portion and a wire portion. The thermally conductive ink layer covers the wire portion and exposes the contact portion. The thermally conductive ink layer includes a thermally conductive powder and a colloidal adhesive, where a weight percentage of the thermally conductive powder is less than 10%, and a weight percentage of the colloidal adhesive is higher than 80%. An electronic device including the printed circuit board is further provided.
Circuit board and method for manufacturing the same
A method for manufacturing a circuit board embeds a portion of an outer circuit layer in an outer dielectric layer which increases contact area between the outer circuit layer and the outer dielectric layer, improving adhesion between the outer circuit layer and the outer dielectric layer, and reducing a thickness of the outer circuit substrate, thereby reducing the overall thickness of the finished circuit board.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND CORRESPONDING ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A substrate includes electrically-conductive tracks. A semiconductor chip is arranged on the substrate and electrically coupled to selected ones of the electrically-conductive tracks. Containment structures are provided at selected locations on the electrically-conductive tracks, where the containment structures have respective perimeter walls defining respective cavities. Each cavity is configured to accommodate a base portion of a pin holder. These pin holders are soldered to the electrically-conductive tracks within the cavities defined by the containment structures. Each containment structure may be formed by a ring of resist material configured to receive solder and maintain the pin holders in a desired alignment position.
PRINTING WIRING BOARD AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
First and second conductors extend on and along a first surface of a substrate. The first conductor includes first and second parts extending in first and second directions and a third part connected to the first and second parts. The second conductor includes fourth and fifth parts extending in the first and second directions and a sixth part connected to the fourth and fifth parts. A first insulator partly covers the first surface, covers the first to fifth parts, and is partly opened in a first region extending along the sixth part above the sixth part in a third direction.
