A dispenser assembly designed to tangentially dispense a sheet from a roll of sheet material including sheet material formed from two webs, each web having lines of weakness positioned transversely across the web which allows the web to be separated into a plurality of sheets, the lines of weakness of one web being offset from those of the other web. The dispenser assembly includes (1) a base arranged to hold the roll of sheet material and to couple the dispenser assembly with an environment structure; (2) a first roller and a counter roller between which the sheet material is movable towards a dispensing outlet; and (3) a cradle arranged to support the roll of sheet material and to unwind the sheet material towards the first roller whatever a consumption level of the roll of sheet material. The first roller and the counter roller are positioned relatively to each other spaced according to a fixed nip therebetween to generate a braking force on the sheet material sufficient to break the line of weakness of the web at the dispensing outlet or downstream the dispensing outlet.

A sanitary tissue paper storage container includes the following. A container body stores sanitary tissue paper inside. A lid is detachably attached to the container body and a hole is formed on an upper surface. An outlet member is used to form an outlet portion. The outlet portion is detachably attached to the lid and is provided with an outlet that applies resistance when the sanitary tissue paper stored inside the container body is taken out. The outlet member includes an elastomer and a resin with a hardness higher than the elastomer.

A dispenser for sheet materials is disclosed. The dispenser includes a housing having an including a cover assembly, a back frame member comprising a first side and a second and opposite side forming an interior surface of the housing, and the first side of the back frame member comprising at least one mating receptor; and a plate comprising a carrier member primarily made from plastic and a decorative facia, wherein the carrier member has a facia side coupled to the decorative facia and a back and opposite side, including a locking element, wherein the plate is configured to be removably coupled to the first side of the back frame member when the locking element of the carrier member is releasably engaged to the mating receptor of the back frame member such that the decorative facia forms an exterior surface of the dispenser.

A dispenser for sheet materials is disclosed. A single-use towel dispenser, sterilizer and usage logging device with a refillable storage compartment for storing a single-use towel supply including an access door for refilling the single-use towel supply and a dispensing port, an ultra-violet sterilization element, a single-use towel dispensing mechanism, a user input device, a non-transitory memory storing an executable code and a hardware processor executing the executable code to receive a user input via the user input device, activate, in response to the user input, the ultra-violet sterilization element, dispense, using the single-use towel dispensing mechanism, a sterilized single-use towel by passing a first length of single-use towel from the single-use towel supply within an effective distance of the activated ultra-violet sterilization element such that the first length of single-use towel is illuminated by an ultra-violet light having sufficient intensity to sterilize the first length of single-use towel and store sterilization and usage data in the non-transitory memory.
