The sheet product dispenser includes a roll interface configured to engage and at least partially support the roll of sheet product, the roll interface including a separating member configured to engage and unseal the sealed tail; a feed roller assembly configured to dispense sheet product from the roll of sheet product, the feed roller assembly including a feed roller configured to engage and at least partially support the roll of sheet product; and a controller operable to initiate driving of the feed roller and rotation of the roll of sheet product such that the sealed tail is unsealed by engaging the separating member. A related method of automatically loading a roll of sheet product having a sealed tail in a sheet product dispenser also is provided.
SEPARATION UNIT AND A DISPENSER COMPRISING A SEPARATION UNIT
A separation unit for separating a web material along preformed lines of weakness. The separation unit has a width direction and includes a first roller having a rotational axis extending in the width direction and a web width extending in the width direction, and a second roller having a rotational axis extending parallel with the rotational axis of the first roller and a web width extending in the width direction. The second roller is positioned at a distance from the first roller. Each of the first and the second rollers is provided with a plurality of protrusion elements being spaced along the rotational axes and protruding perpendicular from the axes. Each of the protrusion elements has a maximum width in the width direction, a maximum radial extension from the rotational axes, an inner portion adjacent to the rotational axes, and an outer portion remote from the rotational axes.
Separation unit and a dispenser comprising a separation unit
A separation unit for separating a web material along preformed lines of weakness. The separation unit has a width direction and includes at least a first roller having a rotational axis extending in the width direction and a web width extending in the width direction, and at least a second roller having a rotational axis extending parallel with the rotational axis of the first roller and a web width extending in the width direction. The second roller is positioned at a distance from the first roller. Each of the first and the second rollers is provided with at least one protrusion element extending perpendicularly from the axes. Each of the protrusion elements has a maximum width in the width direction, a maximum radial extension from the rotational axes, an inner portion adjacent to the rotational axes, and an outer portion remote from the rotational axes.
Sheet material transfer system/assembly for a dispenser
A sheet material dispenser can include a sheet material transfer assembly operable to automatically transfer feeding or dispensing of sheet material between a plurality of supplies of sheet material. The sheet material transfer assembly can include a frame that is movable between a plurality of positions including a first position that facilitates feeding of the sheet material from a first supply of sheet material, and a second position that facilitates feeding or dispensing of sheet material from a second supply of sheet material. The frame of the sheet material transfer system can shift or move to the second position for dispensing sheet material from the second supply of sheet material when the first supply of sheet material is fully dispensed.
Angled flushable moist wipe dispenser
A moist wipe dispenser having a wipes container having a lid with an orifice for dispensing the wipes; an angled bottom surface; an inner bottom surface sharing an edge with the angled bottom surface and extending proximately parallel to the orifice, wherein a stack of wipes rests on the inner bottom surface; and a mounting means for removably installing the wipes container at a surface, wherein the angled bottom surface and the mounting means securely position the orifice and the stack of wipes at a stack angle for a continuous, one-at-a-time dispensing of the wipes requiring only one hand of a user.
CASE FOR COIN TISSUE
A case for coin tissue is disclosed. In one aspect, the case includes a drawer housing including an insertion space and a push-in and pull-out portion communicating with the insertion space. The case also includes a drawer configured to be pushed into or pulled out of the insertion space in a slidable manner through the push-in and pull-out portion. The drawer includes an upper opening portion. A plurality of coin tissues are placed in one or more rows in the drawer. The case further includes a pull-out distance limiting part provided between an inner surface of the drawer housing and an outer surface of the drawer, and configured to limit a pull-out distance of the drawer to a first distance. According to at least some embodiments, the case for coin tissue can sanitarily preserve a coin tissue, and is portable, and convenient.
Wipes dispenser
A dispenser includes a dispenser body having an interior cavity, and an aperture that communicates with the interior cavity. The dispenser also includes a loading door and a lid. The lid engages a dispenser surface when in the closed position to thereby create a substantially gas impermeable seal. The dispenser further includes a mounting surface disposed within the interior cavity and proximal the aperture. The mounting surface includes a mounting interface that permits substantially gas impermeable mounting of a cartridge while permitting access to the cartridge from the exterior of the dispensing body through the aperture.
Dispenser and stack of sheet products
A dispenser and a stack combination. The stack is a stack of interfolded webs wherein the lines of weakness of one web are offset from the lines of weakness of another web in a longitudinal direction, and the stack including at least two webs, the webs including: a first web (1) divided into individual hygiene products by means of lines of weakness (12); and a second web (2) divided into individual hygiene products by means of lines of weakness (22); the first web and the second web being interfolded with one another so as to form a nested configuration, wherein the first web and the second web are joined, at a joint, to one another at a leading portion (4) and/or at a trailing portion (4) of the web.
