The refill includes a web of tissue paper having a leading end and a trailing end for engagement with the trailing end and leading end respectively of a previous and subsequent refill. The web is provided with a mechanical connector at one or both of its ends to realize such engagement. The mechanical connector is water soluble for the purpose of tissue recovery. A dispenser including a rear housing member and a front housing member that are connected by way of a first hinge so that the front housing member is openable relative to the rear housing member in order to fill a space defined by the front housing member and the rear housing member with at least one stack of sheet products. A product dispenser for dispensing a disposable protective product from a from a bag or container of disposable protective products. The dispenser includes an enclosure having four sidewalls, one of which includes a slot for viewing the disposable protective products. A floating control plate includes an aperture, wherein the aperture is configured to dispense a cleanroom wipes from the bag of cleanroom wipes. The cleanroom wipes are located within the enclosure and beneath the floating control plate.

A plurality of integrally interconnected wipes collectively define a web. The plurality of wipes includes a first wipe, a second wipe, and a third wipe. A first transverse intermittent cut line defines a right side major tie that connects the first wipe to the second wipe, and the right side major tie has a width. A second transverse intermittent cut line defines a left side major tie that connects the second wipe to the third wipe. In particular embodiments, the first wipe and the second wipe are connected to each other only within the right side of the web, and the second wipe and the third wipe are connected to each other only within the left side of the web. In certain embodiment, the wipes are also connected to each via minor ties that are transversely narrower than the major ties.
