The ground conductor includes a first strip portion parallel to the first and second signal conductors. When a portion of the first signal conductor parallel to the second signal conductor and the first signal terminal are set as a first signal wiring line and a portion of the second signal conductor parallel to the first signal conductor and the second signal terminal are set as a second signal wiring line, the circuit board includes a first strip portion connection via conductor that connects the first strip portion and the ground conductor layer in a region where the first and second signal wiring lines are parallel to each other.

A power line structure includes a dielectric layer, a first conductive component, a second conductive component, and a third conductive component. The first conductive component is disposed at a first side of the dielectric layer. The second conductive component is disposed at the first side of the dielectric layer. The third conductive component is disposed at the first side of the dielectric layer and between the first conductive component and the second conductive component. Each of the voltage of the first conductive component and the second conductive component is equal to a ground voltage. The third conductive component is configured to receive a first power voltage.

An edge connector includes a first row of golden fingers and a second row of golden fingers. The first row of golden fingers is adjacent to a plugging end of the edge connector, and the second row of golden fingers is adjacent to the first row of golden fingers. In a plugging direction of the edge connector, each golden finger in the first row of golden fingers has a first end proximate to the plugging end and a second end opposite to the first end. A multilayer body includes insulator layers including a first insulator layer laminated in a vertical direction. Electrodes include a signal electrode and are provided at an upper main surface of the first insulator layer and arranged in a transverse direction. At least a portion of each of the electrodes is exposed to outside from a circuit board. First and second interlayer connection conductors extend through the first insulator layer in the vertical direction and electrically connect the signal electrode and a signal conductor layer. A circuit pattern of a power line and a circuit pattern of a signal line are disposed in a first layer of a laminated circuit board device, a circuit pattern of the signal line to be protected is disposed in a second layer, and a circuit pattern of a power line is disposed in a third layer. The shapes of the first circuit pattern of the power line of the first layer and the second circuit pattern of the power line of the third layer are substantially matched with each other with respect to a portion of the second layer facing the circuit pattern of the signal line. The direction of the current of the first circuit pattern coincides with the direction of the current of the second circuit pattern.

A wiring body includes: a core insulating base material having a first main surface and a second main surface; a signal line and a first power supply line provided on the first main surface; a second power supply line provided on the second main surface and electrically connected to the first power supply line; a first dielectric layer laminated on the first main surface so as to embed the signal line and the first power supply line; a first ground layer provided on the first dielectric layer; a second dielectric layer laminated on the second main surface so as to embed the second power supply line; and a second ground layer provided on the second dielectric layer and sandwiching at least the signal line together with the first ground layer.
