Circuit assembly with increased mounting area
Provided is a circuit assembly in which the mounting area of a substrate can be increased. A circuit assembly includes an electronic component having a plurality of terminals, a conductive member for supporting the electronic component (10), at least one of the terminals of the electronic component being electrically connected to the conductive member, and a substrate provided with a conductive pattern to which another terminal of the electronic component is electrically connected, in which the substrate is fixed to a surface of the conductive member that is opposite to a surface of the conductive member that supports the electronic component.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
According to one or more embodiment, an electronic device includes a board. The board includes a first layer and a second layer. The first layer includes a first power supply pattern. The second layer includes a second power supply pattern. The second power supply pattern is electrically connected to the first power supply pattern. When viewed in a thickness direction of the board, half or more of the first power supply pattern overlaps the second power supply pattern, or at least a portion of the first power supply pattern overlaps a signal line provided in the second layer.
Multilayer printed wiring board, and connection structure of multilayer printed wiring board and connector
A multilayer printed wiring board including insulating layers, ground layers thereon, and at least one via hole. The ground layers include a wiring layer and a first impedance adjustment layer. The wiring layer includes a solid conductor and a conductive line. The conductive line is disposed inside an opening and a passage of the solid conductor. The first impedance adjustment layer includes a solid conductor having an opening. The via hole is located inside the openings of the wiring layer and the first impedance adjustment layer and is connected to the conductive line. A first distance is smaller than a second distance, where the first distance is a distance from an outline of the opening of the wiring layer to the via hole, and the second distance is a distance from an outline of the opening of the first impedance adjustment layer to the via hole.
MULTI-LAYER CIRCUIT BOARD AND ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY HAVING SAME
A multi-layer circuit board comprising a carrier plate with an upper surface and a lower surface, and at least one electrically conductive upper inner layer located on the upper surface of the carrier plate and an electrically insulating upper intermediate layer located thereon, and an electrically conductive upper outer layer located thereon, forming the outermost layer of the upper surface. At least one electrically conductive lower inner layer is located on the lower surface of the carrier plate and an electrically insulating lower intermediate layer located thereon, and an electrically conductive lower outer layer located thereon, forming the outermost layer of the lower surface. The upper and/or lower outer layers are populated with components, and conductor paths in one of the inner layers are oriented in different directions from conductor paths in the other inner layer, and the region between the conductor paths is flooded with a voltage.
Edge connector, circuit board, and connector component
