A light-emitting device includes: a board which is a resin board having an elongated shape; a conductive film formed on the board; and a plurality of LED elements disposed over the board. The plurality of LED elements include two adjacent LED elements arranged along a first direction. The conductive film includes (i) a first conductive part which electrically connects the two adjacent LED elements and at least a portion of which is located between the two adjacent LED elements and (ii) a second conductive part located on two outer sides of the first conductive part in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The second conductive part has a slit on each of the two outer sides of the first conductive part, and the slit extends in the second direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the board.

Light emitting device

A light emitting device includes a substrate, a light emitting device and a sealing resin member. The substrate includes a flexible base, a plurality of wiring portions, a groove portion and a pair of terminal portions. The flexible base extends in a first direction corresponding to a longitudinal direction of the substrate and the plurality of wiring portions are arranged on the flexible base. The groove portion is formed between the plurality of wiring portions spaced apart from each other. The pair of terminal portions is arranged along the first direction at the both sides of the plurality of wiring portions. The light emitting element is disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the plurality of wiring portions. The sealing resin member seals the light emitting element and a part of the substrate. The light emitting element is mounted on the substrate in a flip-chip manner.

A system for power delivery network (PDN) isolation includes a multi-layer printed circuit board (PCB) in which a power distribution layer has a root conductive region and two or more branch conductive regions fanning out from the root conductive region. Each branch conductive region is insulated from other branch conductive regions by a non-conductive region. Each branch conductive region has at least one power delivery connection. Each of various electronic circuits mounted on the PCB and sharing the same PDN may be shorted to one of the branch conductive regions.
