DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display device includes a display panel (20) and a flexible circuit board electrically connected with the display panel (20). The flexible circuit board includes a first circuit board (11), a second circuit board (22) and a conductive portion; the first circuit board (11) includes a first substrate (100), and a main contact pad, a first wire (501) and a second wire (502) provided on the first substrate (100); the second circuit board (22) includes a second substrate (200), a relay contact pad and a third wire (210) provided on the second substrate (200); and the conductive portion is configured for electrically connecting the main contact pad and the relay contact pad.

A wiring substrate includes: an insulating substrate being shaped in a quadrangle in a plan view, including a mounting portion where an electronic component is mounted on a side of a principal surface of the insulating substrate, and having a recess on a side surface thereof; an inner surface electrode which is located on an inner surface of the recess; a via conductor which is located on a corner side of the insulating substrate in a perspective plan view and has both ends located in a thickness direction of the insulating substrate; and a wiring conductor, on the side of the principal surface of the insulating substrate, connecting the mounting portion, the inner surface electrode, and the via conductor, wherein, in a perspective plan view, the wiring conductor has a wiring conductor absent region which surrounds a region located between the mounting portion and the via conductor.
BATTERY
A battery, for example, a rechargeable battery (e.g. lithium ion battery) having a casing with battery terminals. The casing, for example, includes an upper section, middle section, and lower section connected together. The battery can be connected to one or more battery trays having the same height or different heights for various applications.

A printed circuit board (PCB) includes: an insulation substrate; a first pad on the insulation substrate; and a second pad on the insulation substrate and spaced apart from the first pad, wherein the second pad has a size substantially the same as a size of the first pad, wherein the first pad includes a first recess configured to receive a first electrode of a passive element, wherein the second pad includes a second recess receiving a second electrode of the passive element, wherein the first recess has a depth substantially the same as a thickness of the first pad, wherein the second recess has a depth substantially the same as a thickness of the second pad, wherein each of the first recess and the second recess exposes an upper surface of the insulation substrate.

A substrate conductive bonding structure includes a lower substrate including a connection pad exposed to outside the lower substrate, an upper substrate including a transfer pad overlapping the connection pad, exposed to outside the upper substrate and including an upper surface, and a slit defined in the transfer pad, overlapping the connection pad and open at the upper surface of the transfer pad, the slit including an extending portion extending along a first direction and having a first slit width along a second direction crossing the first direction, and an expansion portion connected to the extending portion and having a second slit width along the second direction which is larger than the first slit width, and a solder contacting the upper surface of the connection pad, extending to the upper surface of the transfer pad and into the slit.
INDUCTOR COMPONENT AND INDUCTOR COMPONENT MOUNTING SUBSTRATE
An inductor component includes a component body having a mounting surface and a top surface and provided therein with a spiral inductor wiring line advancing in the extending direction of a winding center axis. The inductor wiring line is connected to a first external electrode at a first end, and connected to a second external electrode at a second end. The component body includes: a first inclined surface connected to a first end of the mounting surface on a first side in a length direction and inclined toward the top surface as separating from the first end; and a second inclined surface connected to a second end of the mounting surface on a second side in the length direction and inclined toward the top surface as separating from the second end. The winding center axis extends in a direction parallel to the mounting surface and perpendicular to the length direction.

A circuit board includes a first pad, a second pad, and a soldering element. The first pad comprises a first body and a first mesh structure directly connected to the first body. The second pad comprises a second body and a second mesh structure. The second mesh structure is directly connected to the second body, is spaced from the first mesh structure in a direction, and is disposed between the first mesh structure and the second body in the first direction. The soldering element is disposed on the first pad and the second pad, is partially disposed between the first mesh structure and the second mesh structure, and electrically connects the first pad to the second pad.

First and second solder accommodating portions are provided by the first and second cut-out portions in lower portions of the first and second band portions, respectively, and, 0.2≤SA1/BW1≤0.5 and 0.2≤SA2/BW2≤0.5 which in BW1 is an area of the first band portion, SA1 is an area of the first solder accommodating portion, BW2 is an area of the second band portion, and SA2 is an area of the second solder accommodating portion.

A flexible printed circuit board with improved ground efficiency is disclosed, and a flexible display module and an electronic device comprising the same is disclosed, wherein the flexible printed circuit board comprises a flexible circuit film having a circuit layer disposed on one surface of a base film, and a ground pad portion disposed on another surface of the base film; and a conductive cover member configured to cover the other surface of the base film and electrically connected with the ground pad portion, wherein the conductive cover member includes a cutting portion overlapped with the ground pad portion.
