A printed circuit board includes a connector insertion area including many rows of crimping holes, each row of crimping holes includes at least two pairs of signal crimping holes (SCHs), and each pair of SCHs includes two SCHs. In a row arrangement direction of the crimping holes, at least one ground crimping hole (GCH) is arranged on either side of each pair of SCHs. A depth of the GCH is greater than or equal to a depth of the SCH, the GCH includes a main hole and a shielding component on at least one side of the main hole, a part of a side wall of the main hole is a part of a side wall of the shielding component, and a sum of lengths of the main hole and the shielding component in a first direction is greater than a length of the SCHs in the first direction.

A through-hole electrode substrate includes a substrate including a through-hole extending from a first aperture of a first surface to a second aperture of a second surface, an area of the second aperture being larger than that of the first aperture, the through-hole having a minimum aperture part between the first aperture and the second aperture, wherein an area of the minimum aperture part in a planer view is smallest among a plurality of areas of the through-hole in a planer view, a filler arranged within the through-hole, and at least one gas discharge member contacting the filler exposed to one of the first surface and the second surface.
Method for producing a printed circuit board
A method for producing a printed circuit board is disclosed, In the method, a slot is formed in a substrate having at least three layers with the slot extending through at least two of the layers. The slot has a length and a width with the length being greater than the width. The sidewall of the substrate surrounding the slot is coated with a conductive layer. Then, the conductive layer is separated into at least two segments that are electrically isolated along the side wall of the substrate.
FLEXIBLE CIRCUIT BOARD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A method for manufacturing a flexible circuit board includes providing a first laminated structure, the first laminated structure including two first wiring boards, a first adhesive layer sandwiched between the two first wiring boards, and a first conductive structure. The first conductive structure penetrates the two first wiring boards and the first adhesive layer and electrically connects the two first wiring boards. The first adhesive layer defines a first opening, the first opening includes a first edge away from the first conductive structure. The first laminated structure is cut along the first edge and then the two first wiring boards are unfolded. A flexible circuit board manufactured by such method is also disclosed.
Methods of manufacturing printed wire boards
Disclosed herein is a method of forming vias in electrical laminates comprising laminating a sheet having a layer comprising a crosslinkable polymer composition to a substrate wherein the crosslinkable polymer composition has a viscosity at lamination temperatures in the range of 200 Pa-s to 100,000 Pa-s, forming at least one via in the crosslinkable polymer layer by laser ablation; and after the forming of the at least one via, thermally curing the crosslinkable polymer layer. According to certain embodiments the cross linkable polymer composition has a viscosity at lamination temperature of at least 5000 Pa-s. This method yields good lamination results, good via profiles, and good desmear results when such compositions are used and the via is laser ablated before cure.
Interconnect structure having conductor extending along dielectric block
An interconnect structure includes a first conductor, a second conductor, a dielectric block, a substrate, and a pair of conductive lines. The first conductor and the second conductor form a differential pair design. The dielectric block surrounds the first conductor and the second conductor. The first conductor is separated from the second conductor by the dielectric block. The substrate surrounds the dielectric block and is spaced apart from the first conductor and the second conductor. The pair of conductive lines is connected to the first conductor and the second conductor, respectively, and extends along a top surface of the dielectric block and a top surface of the substrate.

A circuit board includes a first dielectric material, a second dielectric material, a third dielectric material, a first external circuit layer, a second external circuit layer, multiple conductive structures, and a conductive via structure. Dielectric constants of the first, the second and the third dielectric materials are different. The first and the second external circuit layers are respectively disposed on the first and the third dielectric materials. The conductive via structure at least penetrates the first and the second dielectric materials and is electrically connected to the first and the second external circuit layers to define a signal path. The conductive structures are electrically connected to each other and surround the first, the second and the third dielectric materials. The conductive structures are electrically connected to the first and the second external circuit layers to define a ground path surrounding the signal path.

A circuit board, including a first dielectric material, a second dielectric material, a third dielectric material, a fourth dielectric material, a first external circuit layer, a second external circuit layer, a conductive structure, a first conductive via, and multiple second conductive vias, is provided. The first conductive via at least passes through the first dielectric material and the fourth dielectric material, and is electrically connected to the first external circuit layer and the second external circuit layer to define a signal path. The second conductive vias pass through the first dielectric material, the second dielectric material, the third dielectric material, and a part of the conductive structure, and surround the first conductive via. The second conductive vias are electrically connected to the first external circuit layer, the conductive structure, and the second external circuit layer to define a ground path, and the ground path surrounds the signal path.
SUBSTRATE, CHIP, CIRCUIT PACKAGE AND FABRICATION PROCESS
A substrate, a chip, a circuit package and a process of fabricating a substrate are presented. The substrate is provided between an integrated circuit and a printed circuit board, and comprises a core insulating and a buildup insulating layer. The first plated through hole is operable to provide ground through from the printed circuit board to the integrated circuit. The second plated through hole is operable to provide electrical communication carrying signals or power between the integrated circuit and the printed circuit board through the buildup insulating layers. The first plated through hole is formed in tubular shape defined an outer wall and an inner wall, and the second plated through hole is formed in the inner wall and is insulated with the first plated through hole.
METHOD OF PRODUCING PRINT BOARD
Even if a print board includes through holes that are hardly filled with material previously, the through holes can be filled with filling material appropriately. The sealing film is attached to a lower surface of the print board and the filling material is supplied from the upper surface side of the print board under a vacuum atmosphere with screen printing to fill the through holes with the filling material. Then, the film is separated from the print board and the print board is disposed on the jig plate including recesses such that the through holes correspond to the recess. Thereafter, an auxiliary filling process in which the filling material is supplied again such that the filling material protrudes from the lower surface side of the through hole is performed.
