WIRING BOARD FOR FINGERPRINT SENSOR
A wiring board for a fingerprint sensor includes an insulating board including insulating layers; outer strip electrodes disposed on the insulating layer in an uppermost layer, and side by side in a first direction; inner strip electrodes disposed on the insulating layer in a next layer contacting the insulating layer in the uppermost layer, and side by side in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; a pad electrode disposed on the insulating layer in the uppermost layer, and on the inner strip electrodes and between the outer strip electrodes; and a via conductor extending through the insulating layer in an outermost layer between the pad electrode and the inner strip electrodes and electrically connecting the pad electrode and the inner strip electrodes to each other. The via conductor has an elliptical shape that is long in the first direction in top view.
Electronic device
An electronic device includes a supporting board, an electrical board and electronic units. The supporting board includes a circuit layer. The electrical board has a board body, through holes through the board body, an electrical layer on the board body, and primary conductive elements respectively in the through holes. The board body has opposite first and second surfaces. The through holes communicate with the first surface and the second surface. The primary conductive elements electrically connect the electrical layer to the circuit layer. The electronic units are arranged on the first surface. Each electronic unit partially overlaps with one corresponding through hole in a projection direction of the electrical board. Each electronic unit has an electronic component and a secondary conductive element electrically connecting the electronic component to the electrical layer. The secondary conductive elements and the primary conductive elements are arranged in dislocation in the projection direction.
Multilayer substrate and antenna module
A multilayer substrate includes a plurality of insulator layers laminated, a column conductor extending through two or more insulator layers among the plurality of insulator layers. The column conductor includes a first via conductor extending through a first insulator layer and a second via conductor extending through a second insulator layer adjacent to the first insulator layer. Each of the first via conductor and the second via conductor has a tapered shape in which a cross section decreases from one end portion to the other end portion in the lamination direction of the plurality of insulator layers. The first via conductor and the second via conductor are directly bonded to each other at large diameter portions that are end portions with a large cross section or small diameter portions that are end portions with a small cross section.
Resin multilayer substrate, electronic component, and mounting structure thereof
A resin multilayer substrate includes a plurality of insulating resin base material layers and a plurality of conductor patterns provided on the plurality of insulating resin base material layers. The plurality of conductor patterns include a signal line and a ground conductor overlapping the signal line as viewed from a laminating direction of the insulating resin base material layers. A plurality of openings are provided in the ground conductor, and an aperture ratio is higher in a zone far from the signal line than in a zone adjacent to or in a vicinity of the signal line in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the laminating direction.
Circuit board and method of manufacturing the same
A circuit board includes an insulating material; and a heat-transfer structure comprising a plurality of heat-dissipating members and inserted in the insulating material, wherein the plurality of heat-dissipating members each includes a metal wire; and an insulating part disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the metal wire excluding a top surface and a bottom surface of the metal wire.

An electronic device includes a circuit board with an insulating substrate, a wiring at the substrate, an electronic component mounted at the substrate and electrically connected to the wiring, at least one through hole through the substrate from one surface to an opposite surface of the one surface of the substrate, and a conductive member arranged at a surface of the through hole and electrically connected to the wiring; and further includes: a sealing resin; and a cap including an annular connection with a part connected to the substrate and a recess recessed from the annular connection. Furthermore, in the cap, at least a part of the connection is connected to the substrate, the cap being sealed integrally with the electronic component by the sealing resin while arranging a space communicating with the through hole; and a terminal is inserted into the through hole and electrically connected to the wiring.

Provided is a current sensing device including: a laminate having a plurality of insulating layers laminated therein; a current sensing element provided in an inner layer of the laminate; a current wire configured to flow current to the current sensing element, the current wire being provided with respect to the current sensing element via an interlayer insulating layer; a plurality of current vias configured to connect the current sensing element and the current wire so as to penetrate through the interlayer insulating layer; and a voltage sensing via configured to obtain a voltage drop in the current sensing element, the voltage sensing via being electrically connected to the current sensing element.

An apparatus comprising a stack of printed circuit board (PCB) layers having a primary longitudinal structure forming a radio frequency (RE) via including a principal tuning section (223) and a constant longitudinal structure (227) along a conductive column support (255) journaled through the layers in the via. The principal section (221) comprising a first tuning sub-assembly (229 A) in a first portion of the RE via above the longitudinal structure (227) and at an entrance of the primary longitudinal structure (221) and comprising a first set of pad, anti-pad pairs (445, 545, 645) tuned to receive an RE band. A second principal tuning sub-assembly (229B) in a second portion of the via below the longitudinal structure (227) and at an exit of the primary longitudinal structure and comprising a second set of pad, anti-pad pairs (445, 545, 645) tuned to receive the band and mirroring the first set of pairs.
Printed circuit board and antenna module comprising the same
The present disclosure relates to a printed circuit board and a module including the same. The printed circuit board includes an insulating body, a wiring pattern embedded in the insulating body, and a first conductor pattern disposed on the insulating body and overlapping at least a portion of the wiring pattern in a first direction. First conductive vias each penetrate a portion of the insulating body and are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the wiring pattern, in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, to surround at least a portion of the wiring pattern. Each first conductive via has a first surface connected to the first conductor pattern, and a second surface, opposite to the first surface, connected to the insulating body.
THROUGH HOLE ARRAYS FOR FLEXIBLE LAYER INTERCONNECTS
Disclosed is an integrated circuit arrangement including a two sided circuit board, having a first surface and a second surface. A plurality of electrical conductors is incorporated as part of the two sided circuit board. An array of through holes extend through the first surface and the second surface, arranged in a pattern and are configured to provide a common electrical connection area, wherein the common electrical connection area is associated with a portion of a particular one of the plurality of electrical conductors.
