The first inner-layer wiring and the second inner-layer wiring form a common wiring route in which the first inner-layer wiring and the second inner-layer wiring are stacked and disposed in a connection area in which the conductive pads are arranged.

A wiring board includes: a wiring-board body including a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and including at least one insulator layer; pads formed at at least one of an internal layer boundary plane and the first surface and the second surface defining a first plane; and via conductors connected to corresponding ones of the pads, and arranged in parallel to extend in a thickness direction of the wiring-board body. Each of first and second ones of the pads adjacent to each other in planar view at the first plane is connected to corresponding ones of the via conductors. The via conductors corresponding to the first pad are arranged differently from the via conductors corresponding to the second pad, in planar view.

Circuit board pad mounting orientation system

A circuit board pad mounting orientation system includes a board. A signal transmission line is included on the board. A plurality of connector pads are positioned on the board. At least one connector pad receives the signal transmission line adjacent a first end of that connector pad. At least one connector pad includes a second end that provides a reduction in a width of that connector pad to indicate a mounting orientation for coupling to the connector pad that receives the signal transmission line. The coil substrate may include a substrate; a first conductor layer comprising a plurality of first and second segments periodically disposed on top and bottom of the substrate; a second conductor layer comprising a plurality of first and second segments periodically overlapping the first conductor layer on the top and bottom of the substrate; a first connection line connecting between the first and second segments of the first conductor layer; and a second connection line connecting the first and second segments of the second conductor layer. The first connection line includes a first region exposed on at least one of the first and second surfaces that are opposite to each other of the substrate and second and third regions disposed through the substrate from both sides of the first region.

Methods and structures are provided for implementing embedded wire repair for printed circuit board (PCB) constructs. A repair wire layer is provided within the PCB stack with reference planes on opposite sides of the repair wire layer. A planar transformer according to the present disclosure can include: at least one pair of cores arranged vertically and symmetrically; and a printed circuit board assembly including primary printed circuit boards having coil patterns forming a primary wiring and secondary printed circuit boards having coil patterns forming a secondary wiring, the secondary printed circuit boards respectively disposed over or under the primary printed circuit boards. The coil patterns of the primary printed circuit boards and the coil patterns of the secondary printed circuit boards can be alternately stacked.
