Attachment and method for cleaning a socket
An attachment for cleaning a socket is provided including a body with an insertion section of the body for insertion into the socket along an insertion direction and with a connection section of the body for connection to a suction inlet of a vacuum cleaner, the attachment including at least one cleaning element for mechanical cleaning of an inner surface of the socket. The attachment includes at least one bearing element attached to the body, wherein the cleaning element is rotatably mounted on the bearing element relative to the body about an axis of rotation aligned along the insertion direction, and at least one drive element attached to the body for automatically rotating the at least one cleaning element about the axis of rotation. A method for cleaning a socket with the attachment is also provided.
NOZZLE FOR A VACUUM CLEANER AND VACUUM CLEANER
A nozzle for a vacuum cleaner and a vacuum cleaner are provided. The nozzle may include a main nozzle; at least one movable nozzle rotatably coupled to the main nozzle; and a rotary cleaner provided inside of the main nozzle and the movable nozzle that cleans a floor surface using a rotary motion. The rotary cleaner may include a main shaft rotatably provided inside of the main nozzle, and at least one auxiliary shaft provided inside of the movable nozzle and connected to the main shaft. The at least one auxiliary shaft may rotate using a rotational force transmitted from the main shaft.
APPARATUS FOR CLEANING A FLOOR SURFACE
An apparatus for cleaning a floor surface including an upright part having a user graspable handle and a base assembly including a first base part connected to the upright part and a second base part connected to the first base part. The second base part includes a cleaning member. The apparatus further includes a device for effecting movement of the first and second base parts relative to each other. The device effects movement of the second base part between respective first and second conditions and the second base part has a first passage with a respective inlet and a second passage with a respective inlet. When the second base part is in its second condition the inlet of the second passage is positioned closer to a floor surface than it is positioned when the second base part is in its first condition.
APPARATUS FOR CLEANING A FLOOR SURFACE
An apparatus for cleaning a floor surface including an upright part having a user graspable handle; a base assembly is connected to the upright part and includes a base part having a first passage with a respective inlet; and a second passage with a respective inlet. The apparatus includes a device for effecting movement of the base part between respective first and second conditions, and a suction source for providing suction to one or both of the first and second passages. As the base part is moved between its first and second conditions by the device, the suction provided to one or both of the first and second passages is changed.
APPARATUS FOR CLEANING A FLOOR SURFACE
A floor tool for an apparatus having a source of suction for cleaning a floor surface, the floor tool includes a base assembly including a base part having a first passage with a respective inlet, and a second passage with a respective inlet. A device for effecting movement of the base part is between respective first and second conditions, and the first and second inlets are positioned in respective planes.
TRACK CLEANER
A track cleaner, consisting of a suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner, the suction nozzle including: a body, including an inlet and an outlet; a hinge disposed inside the body between the inlet and the outlet; and a plurality of cleaning elements extending from the hinge, for being tangentially rotatable in relation to the body, thereby the plurality of cleaning elements receive air flowing vertically thereto from the inlet to the outlet, and function as tangential blades, thereby rotate about the hinge, thereby sweep.
CLEANING HEAD FOR VACUUM CLEANER
A cleaning head for a vacuum cleaner includes a brushroll chamber and defining an air path, an inlet into the brushroll chamber, and dual counterrotating brushrolls mounted in the brushroll chamber. The brushrolls have sets of tines that are timed to interfere with each other as the brushrolls rotate to pull pet hair and other debris into the air path.
