A display device is provided and includes a display panel; and a wiring board comprising a flexible base, a terminal electrically connected to the display panel, wherein the flexible base including a first surface, a second surface on an opposite side to the first surface, and a concavity in the second surface, the wiring board is mounted on the display panel and is bent so that the wiring board is opposed to a rear surface side of the display panel, and the concavity is provided in the portion of the wiring board which is bent.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a display panel including a first substrate, and a wiring board mounted on a mounting portion of the first substrate. The display panel includes a first terminal and a second terminal located in the mounting portion, a first alignment mark located in the mounting portion and located between the first terminal and the second terminal, a first wiring line connected to the first terminal, and a second wiring line connected to the second terminal. The wiring board includes a first connection wiring line connected to the first terminal, a second connection wiring line connected to the second terminal, and a second alignment mark located between the first connection wiring line and the second connection wiring line.

The display panel and the light control panel are stacked, the display panel is on a light-emitting side of the light control panel, a light-emitting surface of the display panel is on a first surface, and at least part of an orthographic projection of any one of the at least one first circuit board on the first surface does not overlap with an orthographic projection of the at least one second circuit board on the first surface in a direction perpendicular to the first surface.

Flexible display apparatus
A flexible display apparatus including a flexible display panel, a driving chip and a hot-melt protective layer is provided. The flexible display panel has a display area and a bonding area located outside the display area. The driving chip is disposed on the bonding area of the flexible display panel via at least one flexible circuit board. The hot-melt protective layer is disposed on the display area and a portion of the flexible circuit board. The hot-melt protective layer locates on a top surface of the flexible display panel.

A display device is provided and includes a display panel including a display area that displays an image and a pad area disposed at least at a side of the display area, and a flexible circuit film electrically connected to the pad area. The flexible circuit film includes connection pads, a first measurement pad, and a second measurement pad. The connection pads are arrayed in a first direction and inclined with respect to a reference line extending in a second direction different from the first direction, the first measurement pad is disposed adjacent to a first side of the connection pads, and the second measurement pad is disposed adjacent to a second side of the connection pads. According to one embodiment, a flat portion is provided between a first printed circuit and a second printed circuit, and a wall portion of a frame holds and fixes the first flexible printed circuit and the second flexible printed circuit, and thus the first flexible printed circuit and the second flexible printed circuit extend along the wall portion, and a second curvature of the second flexible printed circuit is smaller than a first curvature of the first flexible printed circuit.

In an electro-optical device, a first substrate is provided with a temperature detection element and an electro-static protection circuit that protects the temperature detection element from a surge current. A first resistor element is electrically coupled to the temperature detection element in series. The electro-static protection circuit includes a transistor electrically coupled to the first resistor element and the temperature detection element in parallel. A first capacitance element is provided on a wiring substrate electrically coupled to the first substrate, and is provided between a first coupling wiring line electrically coupled to one side of the temperature detection element and a second coupling wiring line electrically coupled to the other side thereof.

Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a flexible printed circuit, a light bar, a backlight module and a liquid crystal display device. The flexible printed circuit includes a substrate and a plurality of groups of LED pads located on the substrate, wherein each group of the LED pads is configured to mount one LED lamp bead, each group of the LED pads includes a first pad, a second pad and a third pad, the firs pad, the second pad and the third pad are arranged sequentially in a first direction, the first pad and the second pad both receive a first voltage signal, the third pad receives a second voltage signal, and the first voltage signal is different from the second voltage signal.
