Each lead is integrated with the dielectric over-mold structure and includes a weld pad and a solder pad. Each solder pads of the interposer is electrically coupled to a corresponding electrical contacts of the PCB portion to provide an alignment between one or more weld pads of the interposer and one or more corresponding electrical contacts of the IMD feedthrough.

An apparatus includes a printed circuit board (PCB). The PCB includes a plurality of through-holes extending through the PCB between a PCB first surface and a PCB second surface that opposes the PCB first surface, where each through-hole includes a via extending from the PCB first surface to a depth within the through-hole that is distanced from the PCB second surface. An integrated circuit surface mount is connected at the PCB first surface with vias of the through-holes, and a cable interconnect assembly is surface mount connected at the PCB second surface. The cable interconnect assembly includes a plurality of contact pins, each contact pin extending within a corresponding through-hole and having a sufficient dimension to engage and electrically connect with the via of the corresponding through-hole so as to facilitate exchange of an electrical signal between the integrated circuit and the cable interconnect assembly.

Disclosed is a novel timer module. The novel timer module includes a replaceable movement, a master control circuit board, an upper housing, and a lower housing. A circuit board is disposed inside the replaceable movement. Five first inserting pins are welded on the circuit board. The first inserting pins are exposed from the outside of a housing of the replaceable movement. The master control circuit board is located in the upper housing and the lower housing, and is fixed on an upper surface of the lower housing. A relay is disposed inside the master control circuit board. Contacts of the relay respectively extend and are fixed on a surface of the master control circuit board by using leads. Therefore, a problem that a conventional timer movement is fixedly welded on a circuit of a timer module can be resolved.
