Organic light-emitting display panel and display device with earth metal dopants
Provided are an organic light-emitting display panel and a display device. The organic light-emitting display includes an array substrate and organic light-emitting components each having an anode, a cathode and an organic functional layer. The organic functional layer includes an organic light-emitting layer, a first electron transmission layer, and a hole injection layer. LUMO1 and LUMO4 satisfy: |LUMO1−LUMO4|<1.7 eV. HOMO5 and HOMO4 satisfy: |HOMO5−HOMO4|<1 eV. A work function φ1 of the first dopant and a work function φ4 of the cathode satisfy: φ1<φ4, and a work function φ2 of the second dopant and a work function φ3 of the anode satisfy: φ2>φ3.

An organic electroluminescence device includes: an emitting layer between an anode and a cathode; and a first layer between the cathode and the emitting layer, in which the first layer has a thickness of 50 nm or more, the first layer contains a compound represented by a formula (1) below, and the first layer contains no metal doping material. In the formula (100), A is a substituted or unsubstituted fused aryl group having 13 to 50 ring carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted fused heterocyclic group having 14 to 50 ring atoms.

In a display device, a first power supply voltage line includes a first trunk wiring line, a plurality of branch wiring lines, and a second power supply voltage line includes a second trunk wiring line. A frame region in a frame region provided with the first portion includes a first irregular frame edge having an irregular shape.

LIGHT EMITTING ELEMENT
A light emitting element according to an embodiment includes a first electrode, a second electrode disposed on the first electrode, an emission layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a double buffer layer including a first layer disposed on the emission layer and a second layer disposed on the first layer. The first layer includes a first compound, the second layer includes a second compound which is different from the first compound, and the first compound and the second compound are each independently represented by Formula 1 or Formula 2, thereby contributing to increased efficiency and increased life of a light emitting element.

Organic light-emitting display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same
An organic light-emitting display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof have improved process stability and reliability by reducing damage to the organic light-emitting display apparatus during a manufacturing process. The organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate, a plurality of pixel electrodes, a pixel defining film, a plurality of hole control layers respectively arranged on the pixel electrodes, a plurality of emission layers respectively arranged on the hole control layers, a plurality of buffer layers respectively arranged on the emission layers, each of the buffer layers having a highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level greater than the HOMO energy level of each of the plurality of emission layers, and an opposite electrode integrally provided over the buffer layers.
Thin-film light-emitting device including charge generating junction layer and method of fabricating thin-film light-emitting device
The present invention discloses a thin-film light-emitting device including a charge generating junction layer and a method of fabricating the thin-film light-emitting device. The thin-film light-emitting device including a charge generating junction layer according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a negative electrode; at least one light-emitting unit formed on the negative electrode and including a charge generating junction layer, an electron injection/transport layer, a thin-film light-emitting layer, and a hole injection/transport layer in a sequential order; and a negative electrode formed on the light-emitting unit. In the thin-film light-emitting device of the present invention, the charge generating junction layer has a layer-by-layer structure in which a p-type semiconductor layer and an n-type semiconductor layer are formed, and the concentration of oxygen vacancies at the interface between the p-type and n-type semiconductor layers is adjusted by annealing the n-type semiconductor layer.
